I used the tuning app they recommended in the instruction booklet. The more you use your instrument the longer it will stay tuned. It is made out of solid mahogany which helps with the unique sound. It also comes with 2 picks and a cleaning cloth. Included as well is a bag to carry everything in. The manual has instructions on how to play, tune, and 13 songs to play. This would make a unique gift for any music lover. Highly recommend!

No damage to boxes or packaging, but the dark finish is clearly damaged (noticeable the moment I unpacked it), with a large gouge out of stain layer into wood frame.Very disappointed.

Bought this for my younger sister as a Birthday gift. Package arrived in perfect condition and the instrument was well protected and packed.I got my sister to tune it up and play it. Tuning process wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The quality of sound was pretty good for the money I spent. Instrument is easy to carry and transport.And a free handbag, great!
