I have never left a bad review here, but this resulted in personal injury just today. I was questioning the quality of this but continued to use it and giving it the benefit of the doubt until i got hurt with the push up handles which came apart while performing excercise. Got lucky just got bruises and scrapes but should have never happened. It's a shame.

You have to be very careful not to hurt your back when using an ab roller. While it is a good workout for your pecs and shoulders, it may not work your full/lower abs as effectively.
