Works Great
Travelled to Morroco, Portugal and it’s Island Madeira, Greece and Italy with this card. In each place the internet worked great, the calling was a bit weird where it wouldn’t let me call sometimes, but besides that there was no issues and definitely enough data for what we needed. I didn’t want to try and deal with time running out of time and seeing if we could extend for another week so we bought two cards. But it worked great, easy set up, and glad we bought it as it helped make traveling abroad easier. Also it came with a sim card case that could fit in your wallet (Plastic Credit Card thing) for ease of traveling.

ZERO STARS - TERRIBLE - Zero Speed in Morocco and Spain and Data tethering didn't work
NOT FUNCTIONAL AT ALL - We bought this GSM sim card to use with a Nokia 6300 while travelling in Morocco and Spain (Andalucia) so we could use our Verizon CDMA iphones. It didn't work at all in Morocco, couldn't even send a whatsapp msg from the nokia. In Spain we could only send whatsapp messages from the nokia phone itself, this was only after reaching Malaga where there are Orange networks, didn't work on Movistar networks further south. The data tethering only worked in Spain and it was so slow we could only send whatsapp msgs from our iphones. We couldn't even open a speed test page on our iphones, that's how slow it was. The network speed was too slow to use on the nokia bar phone itself to even do simple google search. We were not able to make phone calls in Spain, even though it includes 200 minutes within Europe. The data tethering FAQ is straightforward, but didn't help actual service functionality. It would be much cheaper and easier to buy a cheap GSM smartphone and a sim from a local Morocco carrier vs using this for a hotspot dumbphone.

Worked for 14 days, need top up after.
Worked on my unlocked phone without issues. Do keep in mind that you'll have to top up your data after 14 days even if you haven't used all 12GB. The allowance is only valid for 2 weeks. I bought another 5GB for 11€ for the remainder of our trip.

Worked great - But I have some advice for you
My cell phone provider doesn't provide service in Europe. So I bought this eSim for my unlocked iPhone 14 before leaving. I had great service, but not without some minor problems that I want to tell you about.I'd heard that you can buy SIMs like this once you're in Europe, but I didn't see any in the Frankfort airport or anywhere else until almost the end of my trip, so I'm glad I purchased this before going. You should open the package before leaving, unlike me, and because you're going to need to complete a short online form to receive an email with a QR code that you're going to need. You'll need to use your phone's camera to get the QR code's information into your phone and that will be difficult if you don't have a way to print it out or display it on a screen or another phone.I don't know about Android, but if you have an iPhone you can have multiple eSIMs on your phone. so you can install this one ahead of time and just turn it on when you arrive. The service won't start until the date you specify. The instructions you'll get in the email are pretty good. I suspect that most of the people who had problems didn't read them carefully. If you don't get service right away once you're in Europe than try turning your phone off and on, and make sure data roaming is on.The 8GB should have been more than enough for my 10 day trip but I ran out because I was taking a lot of photos, editing them and syncing them to the iCloud with cellular data. You'll probably want to turn that off.It should have been easy to purchase more data but you have to create an account first and I had trouble doing that. I don't know if there was a temporary problem with their website or if it was my location but nothing would happen with I pushed the submit button. And I tried numerous times with different browsers, a friend's phone and even a desktop computer. This is why I only gave four stars instead of five. Then, a day or so later in Amsterdam, it worked perfectly and I quickly got another 8GB for about 20 Euros.I had no problems with the phone and data service even in very rural areas. My phone connected to different providers depending on where I was on the Rhine. You'll get a new European phone number and you'll need to learn how to call the US with it (001 then the 10 digit phone number) and tell folks in the US how to call you (011 and then your European phone number). I created new contacts to make this easier. For example: Mike "From Europe" 0118005555555There's a limit (30 minutes) to the amount of time you can make or receive calls OUTSIDE of Europe and you can use it up very quickly. BTW, when calling the US there was a lengthy delay before I could hear the ringing tone.I bought another Orange plan with a physical SIM card for another phone and it was even easier to setup. I just had to change the SIM card, power cycle the phone and turn data roaming on. It even came with a tool for removing the original SIM.

Excellent and fantastic value vs. cell phone companies
This was a great value for the 28 days of my trip that would have cost 4-5 times more with my cell phone providers rate. Easy to use, lots of texting for the money. Will be using this in the future!!!!

Worse than useless
Thsi didnt really work most of the time. It worked when we arrived in the UK though it was a french number. YOu hace to register it within two weeks of when you switch it on which requires a copy of your ID to be uploaded so that was also quite tricky. This meant it ran out and didnt owrk for 2 days at all . Once it was registered we thought it was sorted but it mainly didnt work espeically ironcially when we went to france. We bought it mainlyto use for GPS and it failed miserably at this leaving us lost many times with no signal. It would have been better not to have had it and got global roaming with our provider in austalia because at lease it woudl have worked

Actually Works
Truly a great buy if you are traveling in many different countries, across continents. I used it for my trip through Turkey, Morocco, and France, and it worked flawlessly. A reminder that it only supports data and not calling. Highly recommended.
