There a very few directions and there is not company contact information, no tech support information. I use it the first time #1 head on the preset shoulder settings on my husband's old injury, it worked for him. The second time I used #1 head it was very loud, clacking and he was winsing as I moved. And I can't contact anyone to find out how to correct this. I'm not happy, especially when it worked for him the first go around.

The probe #1 keep stripping the screw, this is the second machine I got, and also the frequency + button works some times. I am not happy with this product, I bought a different one that is in a bigger box case and it seems to last longer then this one. I have used it only for a week. and I am not pushing down on it.

Muy bueno en funcionamiento.

Have used the machine as an ED helping shock treatment. Works well but is a bit loud in a rehab environment. Does a good job when activated. I am pleased with results.

This is not a real electrocoporial Shockwave machine. It's nothing more than a very loud thumping massager. I have used a real one at the Chiropractor. The real ones create a stem cell surge at the injury site. This just bangs on you. Very bad product!

I don't often leave reviews on here. But the negative reviews inspired me to do so. This machine really works great. I've used it for a good month now and have had no problems. It's been amazing for my tennis elbow

It's not a shock wave. It's a hammer It's a rattle...loud rattle,doing nothing just the making too much noise
