Yep sure. infact, generally amplifier board or pre amplifier boards have onboard power filter circuit when you use this it will anyway give filtered power so that cuircuit will just do nothing. It's like purification of purified water.

Its maximum output is 5 Amp, you can use it but eventually it will reduce your battery's performance, so i suggest use the proper 7 amp output adapter.
