Mini Ice Cube Tray 104 * 2 PCS Round Ice Tray for Freezer (C01-Blue)

I use these trays to freeze garlic. I buy garlic at Costco which means more garlic than we can use before it goes bad. This solved my problem. I take several heads of garlic and mince them up in my food processor. Each compartment in the tray holds about a tablespoon of minced garlic. Because I use garlic a lot this has made it so nice as to have fresh garlic already minced and ready to go. Just pop out one or two (or 3) little frozen balls of garlic, no muss no fuss. Good to go and no wasted garlic. I also use these trays for tomato paste. I generally use one or two tablespoons of tomato paste in some of my recipes and end up throwing away what’s left in the can. No more waste…….

My main purpose for this is for making smoothies. The ice is the perfect size and keeps me from having to crush ice before I blend. I appreciate this tray soooo much!

It is a little hard to fill because the spaces for the ice cubes are so small. But hey, I wanted small ice cubes. It leads to extra water on top of the lid when I put the lid on, which then freezes onto the lid. But it is still pretty easy to open. Its hard to get all the ice cubes out probably because of the size and the fact that they are round. Overall, pretty good

Love these trays! They make perfect small round ice that is perfect hot summer days! The ice freezes fast, but because of their size it also melts fast. But all in all I love these and will 100% order again.

I love this thing! Very easy to use and make nice little ice balls. It's a great contraption for the price, butNOTE you have to make sure it's level in the freezer, or some come out as half discs - sounds obvious, but the top is not open to see if the water is sloping, so it takes some extra awareness.

When I saw these ice ball trays I loved the idea. The most important thing for me was that they would fit in my water bottle. It seemed easy enough to do, too. My problem started with the filling. I did everything according to the instructions but I couldn’t tell how much water I was removing. They are freezing now so I’ll have to see how things turn out. If I get little ice balls I’ll be a happy camper. Ok….not a happy camper. The water level was so “off” that mostly what I got were chips and even those were hard to remove from the mold. All the chips were hard to remove and because they were so small, they melted before I could put them in something to put back in the freezer. All in all, not worth the cost and the time involved. Back to the drawing board.
