I got this ball to do physical therapy on my neck at home and while on a road trip. It works so well. You can deflate it while traveling. It's about the same size a what my physical therapist instructs me to use at appointments. Very satisfied.

Excellent 6 inch ball for Pilates or fascia release . Keeps air pressure and is very well made.

Ball would not hold air, very poor design

I bought this to do some physical therapy exercises at home. For some odd reason I thought it would be bigger. It comes with a simple hand pump and is easy to fill. You have to be ready to put the plug in when you remove the pump or it loses air really fast. The plug seals well and keeps the air. I use it to do knee squeezes (the ball is between my knees and I squeeze and release it) It's effective and for the price, I can't complain.

This was the 9” size. The stopper was very hard to remove. Once it’s full of air, there isn’t enough time to remove the plug without losing most of the air.

This is the perfect size for my physical therapy exercises and it came with its own pump and alternative. Impressed. It was a little difficult to figure out how to plug it quickly after inflation, but practice and ingenuity proves successful. I actually just put some plastic and quickly covered hole after inflated with the pump. I filled it to very, very full so lost air no impact and voilà. Sturdy, deep purple, perfect sized, quality, small ball.

When pumping up the ball, I found it very hard to get the cap on without loosing half the air.i also found the ball to small foe pilates.
