This stuff is honestly ridiculous - 100/100 I’ve tried a lot of protein powders and mass gainers, and nothing else has worked for me like this, at all, ever. This is hands down the best. Every time I drink it, for about 1.5-2 hours, I get a LITERAL supercharge in strength and that 'will to lift while in a set' skyrockets, and it feels like a huge test boost - I SWEAR. No gross feelings, and no heavy, sluggish nasty feel in belly. My body WANTS to lift heavy, jump high, run fast. I’ve honestly never experienced anything quite like it from a freakin protein powder or mass gainer. It also tastes genuinely damn good, which is rare with this kind of product, and it’s surprisingly easy on my stomach. No bloated, miserable, concrete-in-your-gut feeling afterward. I keep joking, like daily, that there HAS to be some kind of illegal substance in here. Obviously I’m kidding, but it is THAT good. Taste, performance, smell, energy, strength, digestion - this gets a straight 100/100 from me. Five stars without hesitation.

Price: Seriously, this is the cheapest meal supp you can get with this amount of protein that isn't whey-based. I always get the chocolate fudge flavor, no reason to mess with what works. It has a funky smell (it's beef, wdy expect) but taste is great. I don't think I can buy creatine separately + a different meal supp and beat this price point. It's really the go-to. Mixability: It mixes with HOT water. I use a 1 liter container and 4 scoops mixes just fine with a spoon and hot water. If it's clumpy, give it some time and possibly warm it up more. Most of the time the temperature of my Hot tap is plenty to ensure good mixing. After it's mixed you can chill it if you want, but it's basically high protein hot chocolate at this point so why wait. Treat it like flour. Warm will make it a congealed mess, cold works well for cleanup. Body impact: I had pretty smelly farts for a couple weeks, now my system seems to love the stuff. Drink tons of water if you haven't loaded creatine yet. I was drinking ~half gallon a day and barely urinating compared to my intake. It took about 2 weeks for me to catch up and relieve the tightness in muscles. Each person's body comp is different, but you need quite a bit of water to be stored in your muscles along with the creatine (it may sound like cheating gains, but it's a good thing).

I’ve been using this as a way to get more protein and calories in without relying on traditional whey protein, and overall I’m impressed. The beef protein is a nice alternative, and I like that I don’t get the same heavy/bloated feeling that I’ve experienced with some whey-based products. The biggest thing I noticed is that this is much better when blended rather than just shaken. It can be a little thick and foamy, and I found that giving it a good blend makes a noticeable difference in the texture. Once blended, it’s smooth and easy to drink. The flavor is pretty good, although it’s definitely different from a typical whey protein shake. I don’t notice a strong “beef” flavor, but there is a slightly different aftertaste that took a little getting used to. I also like that one serving provides a substantial amount of protein and calories, so it’s convenient when I’m trying to increase my intake without having to eat another full meal. Overall, I think this is a good option if you specifically want a beef-based protein or have trouble with traditional whey. Just know that the serving is large and I’d recommend a blender over a shaker bottle.

Here’s my personal take on this. I’ve been recommended by my colleague in the armed services. I’ve been only know about whey protein like optimum nutrition mass gainer til just last week I was introduced to beef protein mass gainer. I had to give this is a try. My body is skinny, like very. 5’9 at 130 pounds. So, as of March 22, 2025 I will be starting this. Pros: as I am writing and drinking this after a workout. I am using a VOLTRX bottle that will blend it up rather than shaking. I’ve been always hating about the powder clumping up.. Now, it does say 4 scoops=50g to have the serving size and the scoop is hefty. For 20oz of water I have added 2 scoops which can be equivalent to 25g of protein. For this powder, it does not clump up or anything smooth blend using the blender. I have yet to try it with a shaker blender bottle. It’s smooth, easy to digest and doesn’t have that “beef” taste everyone is talking about.

I have been training for 4 years now, I found really hard to eat all my required proteins every day, I have tried almost all protein powder shakes in the market, this is probably the best, after a pack, I have seen my gains increase, It feels light not as other whey based, taste is good and preparing is simple and does not cause a pain in the * to dissolve it, It is just tricky to get the 50gms of protein you need 4 scoops it is a lot of powder in a single shake, anyway the amount of protein against carbs is ideal to gain wait.

I like the taste. Doesn’t feel bulky. Drinks easy. Gave me diarrhoea for the first few times but the gut adjusted after. Only thing that annoys me though is you need 4 scoops for 50g. But will buy again.
