I wear a women’s large, and I took a risk getting this. The panties and the top did not fit, luckily I didn’t plan on wearing the hat. I actually took the headpiece and used some the chain to extend it, and it worked perfectly. Made it to my exact size. So I’d say If you plan to use all pieces, don’t go for it if you’re medium or more. If you’re okay with a little diy, it’s very easy to adjust and size to your measurements.
