Good product overall. The main containers and lid are of good quality. The "umbrella" for pressing down the ground beans is a bit flimsy and already showing signs of rust. Wish this was made of the same high-quality stainless steel as the rest of the item.

Package was opened
The media could not be loaded. The packaging was questionable. It looked used and I had to scrub the filter, although it was shiny, and appeared new, there were bits of black stuff in the filter holes.

Quite good for a first time filter coffee maker. If I buy another one in the future, would look for a heavier one. Size good for 2 people.
