Windproof Strong 54 Inch Large Reverse Portable Travel Umbrella

Great umbrella. Opens and closes press of the button. Easy to use and to store. Feels very durable. Price was very reasonable. It is large enough for 2 people and lots of coverage. Light weight to take for rain or sun block. The color on the underside is very nice.

This umbrella was (almost) exactly what I was looking for. I love the colors, I love that it's for UV protection AND rain, and I love that it folds inside out to try to keep you as dry as possible! The automatic in/out feature pleasantly surprised my husband, and we both really like it. It's a bit difficult to actually push back down, but a breeze to put back in its carrying sleeve. I'd say it's a normal-sized umbrella, probably just barely big enough for 2 to squeeze under, or to fit 1 very comfortably. I bought it for the pair of us, and one of us is larger, so it's not quite enough for what I was hoping. However, it's such a great umbrella that we kept it as our 'back-up' umbrella. It's not really travel size, but it is small enough to be somewhat portable and convenient. I look forward to taking it out for a spin!

I could always use an additional rain umbrella. However, I purchased this umbrella specificially for UVA/UVB protection because I was told by my laser doctor for rosacea treatment to stay out of the sun and wear sunblock. In New York City it's hard to stay out of the Sun.Because we walk many blocks to get from point A to point B. And it's so humid here that sun block wears off throughout the day period. This umbrella helped me along the 30 minute walk to the laser center. I will also be bringing the umbrella to the beach and taking it out in the rain. I also realize this umbrella has another benefit: The silver fabric on the outside reflects the sun well, so it keeps me cool. Good price, make sure you pick the one with certified UVA/UVB protection since the brand makes various umbrellas 🌂 ⛱️ ☂️ 🏖

Relatively lightweight and compact for the size of the canopy and decently durable. I really appreciate the silver sun reflective canopy fabric, it is pretty and practical. Unfortunately the complicated folding ribs are a little fragile and one snapped in a gust of wind after about a year of use. I still feel like it was a good umbrella but I would like sturdier ribs and a water resistant cover.

Umbrella was easy to use and effective. Yes, there was an odd smell in the beginning as other reviewers have mentioned, but when I aired it out a couple days for a few hours I didn't have it linger any further for future uses. I have used it for 2 weeks straight and it held well for both sun and some moderate rain.

Inner spines are metal, but they are attached to flimsy plastic spines. The card that came with the umbrella says to keep it pointed towards the wind, so sounds like it is not really wind resistant. First time opening it, the outer spines pointed up, not down, and I had to manually pull them down in sections to get it into regular umbrella shape. After closing it, the plastic spine part wanted to keep being fanned out, so it was annoying to get it all pulled back together and wrapped up enough to fit back in the sleeve. It is a nice large size, and I bought it for sun protection, so I'm going to keep it and see how long it lasts.

I love this brand! I'm allergic to the sunlight and have some of their other umbrellas that I've used daily for years without issue. For this reason I thought why not get one that's bigger giving me more sun protection while still being compact. Unfortunately this umbrella seems to be flawed, it was good shade while it lasted but within a few months of purchase it broke. I went to open it and instead it shot out of my hand and cut me. I don't fully understand how it broke but it's not fixable and is outside of my return window. I should've trusted the other negative reviews about it breaking. It also would invert very easily making me unable to use it in bad rain and wind. This umbrella is a good idea but don't waste your money. It's not made well. Get one of their other compact ones that work wonderfully.

Used this over the summer in the desert, where temperatures went over 110F. While it didn't make the heat fully bearable, it helped keep it at a less lethal temp. It's hot a wide canopy too, so you can fit two people under it. I'd also say that it's well made, it doesn't feel like it would break or snap. This is great since the umbrella doesn't weigh much and usually that means a cheaply made product.

これまで使っていた同様の傘は、陽射しを遮り濃い影を作ってくれましたが、強い雨が降ると縫い目からの水漏れで私をびしょ濡れにしました。 こちらは文句なしにすばらしい傘で、雨から守ってくれます。表のシルバーコーティングが赤外線を反射し、頭上の空気が熱くなりません。 しかし、ちょっと歩くと土砂降りだろうと炎天下だろうとお構いなしに、急に傘が閉じてしまう問題がありました。振動によって、傘が開いた状態を維持できなくなるのです。 交換か返金か悩んだのですが、傘自体は優れていると感じたので、自分で対処することにしました。1本は組立の際にバネが90度に曲げられており、バネがまともに働いていませんでした。もう1本の傘は正常に組み立てられていましたが、そもそもバネが弱いようで、こちらも勝手に閉じてしまいました。その後、自分でより強いバネに交換し、突然傘が閉じる危険を排除できたので、今はとても満足しています。 2023/08/31追記 傘をさして歩いていたら、また勝手に閉じました。そして今度は縮められなくなりました。今度は金属の部品が折れてしまっていました。 軸の中に取り残された金属片を回収し(振るとカラカラ音がします)、半田付け。元どおり使えるようになりました。 2023/11/28追記 家族で2本の傘を使っていましたが、1本を紛失したため、新たに買い直しました。 新しい傘は、振動を与え続けても勝手に閉じませんでした！問題が改善されたのでしょうか、すばらしいです。 星を2から4に変更します。次の製品では重量が軽くなることを願っています。 2024/8/7追記 傘骨に生地を留めている糸が緩んだり、なくなっていることがあります。新しい糸で留めるだけでOKです。容易に直せるので問題視していませんでした。 手をかけると可愛く思えてきますね。実際は異様に大きな銀色コーティングの可愛げのない傘なのに。 2024/8/17追記 花火大会の待ち時間に涼しい日陰を提供し、台風の大雨を凌いだ翌日、日傘として利用中に傘が閉じ、柄を縮められなくなりました。帰宅して分解すると、一年前に折れた部分がまた折れていました。再度半田付けして復旧。 この傘はもう十分過ぎるぐらい働いているのですが、引退はまだまだ先です。 2024/8/26追記 半田付けした部品がまたまた折れました。めげずに半田付けして復旧。自力で直したい人のために写真をつけておきます。

Ich hab den Schirm für meine Schwester gekauft, da sie extrem empfindlich in Bezug auf Sonnenstrahlung ist. Der Schirm schützt perfekt vor der Strahlung. Auch die Wärmeentwicklung hält sich in Grenzen (es staut sich keine Wärme darunter/ der Schirm speichert die Wärme nicht). Ebenso ist die Spannweite echt groß, sodass genug Schatten gespendet wird. Die Verarbeitung wirkt sehr qualitativ und hochwertig. Einzig der starke Anfangsgeruch ist etwas störrend. Aber das ist meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Mein Fazit: absolute Kaufempfehlung.

This umbrella provides a great coverage against the sun and extreme heat from the Dominican Republic. It’s a bit heavy though, but manageable.
