Very Nice
I got these to hold my garden flags! They came quickly and were packaged well. The directions did leave a lot to be desired, but my husband put them together and they work great. I ordered a second set so I can organize my flags by season. I love that they can hang vertically so they save tons of space in my front closet! Easy to use and so glad I tried this!

Sorry but not impressed - clunky and awkward
I really don't like to leave bad reviews, but I was very disappointed in the quality. Assembly was easy enough, but I did not feel they were sturdy enough to hold pants - and was clunky and awkward when trying to "balance" putting items on the hangars. I didn't even bother trying to return them - donating them.

Just like the photo
Received the pant hangers. I am still remodeling my closet so I have not got to use them. I looked them over and they appear well made.

Organized and compact, but not wrinkle-free.
If you’re looking to save space in your closet, these hangers get the job done. But know this, when compacting your clothes, wrinkles will appear. I found that skipping a rod or hanging something smaller light a scarf offers less wrinkling of my pants. Although there is an “anti-slip” covering over the metal rods, I still had all of my pants fall to the floor. But there is a workaround… when pulling up the 2nd hanger-handle to add or remove clothing, be sure that the handle moves to the side and not outward. If you pull the hook towards you rather that to the side, you will empty your rack. Once you get the hang of it (pun intended!), hanging and removing pants form this devise is actually pretty easy.Assembly wasn’t awful, but the directions really didn’t help much. The little black rings, which are not mentioned in the directions, are used to stop the metal bar from falling out the backside of the rack. Just slip them onto the bar and slide them all the way to the back.Note: As a Vine Voice, it is my intention to help sellers improve their product while highlighting the features of it. I also try to be as detailed as possible with my feedback so that prospective buyers have a more complete “view” of the product. Most reviews are completed within weeks of receiving the product, so if warranted, I will edit a review after some time has passed.

Good idea, but not perfect execution
My first impression was wow, this is great. But then I had a couple issues with assembling the hangers: First, the instructions don't mention the small black o-rings that are included, so I had to guess that they go on the long arm to keep the textured sleeve in place. Second, I inserted the curved arms backwards so the unit wasn't balanced when loaded -- the long open ends should face the opposite direction from the hanging hooks.Once assembled, I emptied my closet of dark slacks and started hanging them on the new racks. Worked great until I tried to move them into place, then everything fell off. I tried loading them again with the bars hanging in my closet and it worked better. But slacks still slipped off when I tried to move it from vertical position (hanging down) to horizontal position to ease the pressure on the hanging bar.So, I tired alternating the arms facing backwards and forwards. That's working for now. Will see how easy it is to grab a pair / insert them on a daily basis and update if needed. At this point, I'd give them 3.5 stars.

Cheaply Made
Don’t waste your money. I could’ve made this myself with what they used.
