Pure Magnesium Chloride with no additives for affordable price
Really happy with this durable product and will buy it again. naturally Magnesium sucks moisture so close box properly after use. also forms clogs and balls of salt overtime, just break it down with spoon... Pure product that I can recommend to anyone concious of health benefits of Magnesium. I put a tip of spoon (~1g) in a lemon juice because as I understand it the citric acid in lemon juice make Magnesium citrate which is easily absorbable by the body. but just water is fine too. Can put spoon in your cooking, it actually strongly enhances taste without using table salt.

Benütze das Pulver für Tofu. Hat super geklappt. Die Dose ist nur zu groß für den Inhalt.

Funktioniert prima für eigenen Tofu
Tofu klappt wunderbar damit (ca. 1 gehäufter TL auf 2 l Sojamilch). Ein Stern Abzug, da die Dose unnötig riesig/nur zur Hälfte gefüllt ist.

I love its
This Nigari is very good to make tofu. I been tried to made tofu with lemon, vinegar and normal salt but this Nigari made tofu the best taste. I made 300g soybean to about 3200ml cooked soy milk then when the soy milk heat down to 65 - 68 degrees Celsius I pour a half of mixture Nigari with water cup (1 cup warm water + 2 1/4 tsp Nigari) then stir 5-6 time and wait about 30 seconds. Then pour the rest of mixture Nigari to the soy milk pot, stir gently, cover the pot and wait 15 minutes. After that you can tranfer the coagulate of soy milk to the tofu kit.
