I bought these and some other ice packs, these were by far the best. More flexible, the shape was better, everything was better.

Got these in anticipation of my husband getting snipped. They fit into the underwear that I bought separately. They stay nice and cold and are well-made. They are comfortable and well worth every penny! His healing will be so much better thanks to being able to swap these out!

I got these for my buddy after he suffered excessive scrotal sweating sitting on a tarmac waiting for his plane to take off. Hope was that using these would keep him from having to sit in a puddle of his own ball sweat and chafing himself before he got home and had to explain to his wife why he has trench foot on his ball sack. He seemed to like them and said they keep his nipples from sweating as well.

The ice pack worked well until it broke. It broke open at the top, bottom and side. I had a vasectomy on Thursday and worked well until the gel started coming out on day three. It has only been one ice pack so far. We are hoping it doesn’t happen to the other one.
