Great little hotspot
Bought this for my family’s summer vacation in the USA, and it was a cost-saving experience, giving us hotspot on the go!I’m back in England now and saving it for my next USA trip.

Internet doesn’t work
I bought this item I. May and haven’t tried to use it until today. I took it to TMobile to get internet but it didn’t work. I would like a refund. I called Amazon to contact KuWfi but the number given was to Medicare hotline. I tried to contact KuWfi directly but there’s no way to contact them. So I guess I lost $50 for this device. Will not be purchasing anything from them again!!!!

Perfect solution for monitoring rental
Bought this to control locks etc at a remote location. Went to T-Mobile and got a micro SIM. Insert it in and it gets on Internet instantly. The only thing to configure is to change the WiFi network name to what I wanted.With an inexpensive 4G data plan, this is a perfect solution for monitoring a rental.

You pay for what you get...
Tried to cut corners and get the "cheap one". Well, you pay for what you get. Product didn't worked, tried to reach support, at a pace of 1 e-mail response per day with a broken english (mine isn't great either) asking useless questions I just gave up, and received the cryptic response "i am sorry for that it you should offer more detail to me so i can help you " .I should have known...

Works fantastic!!
We have an ATT sim card. Plugged it in, programmed it and we were up and running. Pleasantly surprise how well it works.

Missing parts. Packaging was broken didn’t work
Quite sure I received a returned item. The antenna were missing. The inside plastics that hold the router were all broken. What a surprise it didn’t work either

Almost no setup. Easy
Installed my Bell SIM card and turned it on. Recognize card right away. Just connected and we had internet.So far no problems. Computer stays connected when when it’s in.Almost plug and play.

Both receiving and transmitting antennae were missing in the box. Obviously, the device didn't work properly.
