Excellent Customer Service
Excellent customer service. Due to my own mistake on setup, the seller has been very patient to help me. Thank you.Really like this 2 in 1 for my e-reading (nice size of screen for reading and portable). Tablet mode with Asus pen (not included) is great for Note taking. Like this laptop and design. Please be aware this is a 2023 laptop. You will need several Windows updates and re-start initially. After that, it runs well for my purpose .

Exceptional value
Checked out at least 10 14 inch laptops with all the various features that I was looking for. I settled on this particular model, as it’s only 14 inch and the light weight of it is awesome. It came with so many more features than I had all my last one and extremely easy to use, the keyboard is nice and large as well, I like the fact that it comes with the extra year warranty and also has Microsoft 365 on it as well for a whole year everything about it made it a truly exceptional laptop, and the pricing was very fair. having Microsoft 365 for entire year free it’s also a great big bonus.

Not the best description...
I bought this laptop as my last one was going on 6 years old and just wasn't performing as I'd like. I was switching from apple products to Microsoft for the first time in nearly 15 years. I use silhouette software to run a cameo for crafty projects and was looking for a machine that would perform! My better half and i did research to see what would do best and i found stellar reviews for Lenovo holding up to silhouette software and was excited to be able to have the touchscreen as well to aid in the creative process. My better half was able to research finding a product that could have the RAM upgraded in case somewhere down the road i needed to boost performance if my needs grew. Due to the lack of information in the description and the lack of a model number, we found that we are unfortunately unable to install additional RAM as expected due to this being a different model than what we thought. In the end i decided to still keep it instead of spending additional money and was still able to run my current software with what i bought. Love having the convertible tablet like experience for the occasional gaming and web surfing. Flawlessly was able to set up all the equipment i use around the craft area for my needs. Aside from the inability to upgrade the internal hardware, I'm pretty happy with this purchase!

Can barely run a zoom call with no other applications running
4GB RAM is standard. Unfortunately, it’s soldered in and not upgradable. My new laptop is essentially useless. Even surfing the web is with one window open is difficult. Zoom calls with no other open applications is spotty. Don’t get the 4GB RAM version if you plan to use the internet. Don’t get a laptop that can’t be upgraded. The touchscreen, size, and weight is nice. However, I need the laptop to actually work.

Don’t. Just… don’t. Keep looking.
This thing is slow as a snail, stubborn as a mule, and an overall piece of 💩.I bought it for my kid to do homework and play some Minecraft and Roblox, none of which are particularly taxing. I checked the requirements, and it should have ticked all the boxes just fine, but this thing throws an absolute fit and practically freezes just trying to do updates.I wasn’t expecting a gaming computer at this price point, but do yourself a favor and just… don’t. There are much better machines out there at this price. ASUS used to make a decent machine, but not anymore. Also, if you’re like me, and you just want to get a freaking laptop that will run the stuff your kid wants to run, apparently the things you actually need, are at least 16 RAM, either Intel i3/i5 or AMD Ryzen 3 or 5, and a minimum of 2.4ghz.They’re probably going to need a minimum of the 512Gb SSD. Oh and if they’re doing gaming they need a graphics card by Nvidia. You’ll probably have to go into the more product info to find all that info.Performance: 1/10Battery Life: 3/10Sound quality: 5/10Video quality: 2/10SSD Storage Capacity: 9/10

So slow
I'm not a techophobe, and I didn't set my expectations too high, for the price, but I would expect the speed to be on par with my 7 year old Asus. I should have tested times for start up, opening programs, and getting to settings and quick settings. The key pad in the touch pad is nice. It doesn't turn on or off as randomly as I thought it would. However, sometimes it takes a couple of taps to turn it on or off. Keeping the screen in the orientation you want is difficult without screen lock. The touch screen works for my purposes- note taking and an occasional coloring book. The picture quality is abismal at certain aspects. The brightest setting is my normal. And, not the computer's fault, but Windows 11 is terrible.
