Do you want the best sleep ever, this is the best multifunctional pillow you’ll ever need
The best night sleep I have had in years! I have been sleeping on a wedge pillow since my SI Fusion and am a side sleeper. I needed something that would align my spine as well while I sleep. This pillow solved all my issues! I didn’t have to worry about my shoulder pain and I could finally sleep on my side. The base pillow isn’t too elevated like a wedge pillow and the body pillow was firm yet soft enough to mould to your body. The base pillow almost seems flat to your bed but it’s not. The support I experienced last night allowed me to rest so good I slept through my alarm. I highly recommend the quality and support you receive from this pillow. I have a king size bed and it takes up my area. I’m not sure how to store this but really plan on keeping on my bed like a pillow.

I had to try it for myself & unfortunately I was let down
I debated buying this for a while because it’s pricey. But out of desperation I caved. My left shoulder has been killing me for almost a year now & I was hoping this could help. I wanted to give an honest review after several weeks of owning this product. Everyone kept saying that the pillow is huge & they’re not lying. Luckily for me I sleep alone so it doesn’t bother anyone but I couldn’t imagine sharing a bed with this thing on it. I noticed that I’d wake up with my lower back hurting because of the incline it has. The long body pillow is heavy & kept sliding downward. The material of the product made me sweat every night. I’m not sure why it’s not cotton? I’m glad it’s helped some people out but it did not work for me. I’ll have to return it. I’m really bummed out about it.

Total shoulder pain game changer!
Update: well...that changed quickly. It must have been Murphy's Law that I write a review and then immediately regret my purchase. I ended up returning this. My shoulder pain migrated to my hip because of the weird angle of trying to sleep. The other issue I had was in the night I was sliding downwards and kept waking up with a massive wedgie. I just ended up deciding to return because I don't want to fight with this. Medcline...you have a good product but humans are not meant to sleep at an angle with pressure being put on their hips. We also wear pajamas to bed and sometimes sliding down at night is no fun. Lastly...you need to have covers that are cooling material available when you order rather than having to purchase separately. I'm calling a chiropractor to address my back pain. Initial review: Suffer from shoulder pain? Snore? Acid reflux? Want to sleep more comfortably? Add to cart! Do it! I managed to injure my already hurting shoulder further, and bought this to give some releif. Boy did i ever underestimate this sleep system. This is not just a special pillow. it's a whole body support system for those who sleep on their sides. Secondly, I'm also recovering from surgery on my head, and can only sleep on my left side - this system has been an absolute game changer for my recovery. I am sleeping better, not achy or crabby in the morning, and I just feel better. The only downfall I can find is (which is why I give 4 stars and not 5), the cover generates heat and I get warm at night while sleeping. I really dont want to spend another $50 on a cooling cover at this time. They should make that an option when you order. I'm going to make my own cover using some extra sheets that I have laying around.

Wedge is useless
After couple of months of use I have found the body pillow is all I need with fat pillow on top to support my neck and keep shoulder comfortable. This is not a cure for all the neck and shoulder pain for I still suffer off and on throughout the night but it has afforded me relief enough to get much needed rest however much or little. Everyone with some age on us suffers in one way or another and any help is better than nothing. Don’t buy the wedge, try body pillow for two weeks straight with regular pillows on top

Should have ordered it sooner.
This pillow is quite big on the bed but worth it. It’s the only pillow that allows for my shoulder to be lifted from the weight of my body while side sleeping. Reviews tell you to give it time to get used to - as soon as I tried it I knew it would help, my shoulder is no longer jammed into the mattress. I was extra happy to find I was allowed to use flexible spending from my health insurance card to pay for it. Very grateful. I read some folks were put off by the smell of the foam but as with most memory foam items, the smell was within normal new product limits and disappeared in a couple days.. it did not keep me from using it the first night!

Works but an eyesore
This is the pillow I hate to love. First off, this thing is huge. It’s honestly an eyesore in the bedroom, and I end up storing it under the bed every morning because it takes up so much space. As for what it’s designed to do—it actually works… at least for me, most of the time. I have torn rotator cuffs in both shoulders from years of weightlifting and haven’t had surgery yet, so I bought this to help me get through the nights. When I stay in position, it does a fantastic job of taking pressure off my shoulder and significantly reducing my pain. That said, it’s not the easiest system to sleep with. It’s bulky, and if you’re someone who moves around a lot during the night (like I do), it’s easy to end up sliding off and sleeping directly on your shoulder again. The arm pocket/“donut” section works well, but I personally prefer sleeping on a cold pillow. This pillow retains more warmth than I’d like. I also tried using it with my regular pillow, but once I start moving in my sleep, I usually lose the proper positioning. The main reason I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is the value. For a product at this price point, I was surprised that it doesn’t include a pillowcase for the large wedge pillow. I had to spend another $40 to buy one separately, which felt unnecessary. One final note that’s specific to my situation: because the system keeps you sleeping on an incline, it tends to aggravate a hip injury I already have. So, for me, it’s sometimes trading one pain for another—but that’s more about my body than the product itself. Overall, if you’re dealing with shoulder pain or a rotator cuff injury, I do think this system can help. It’s not perfect, and it definitely takes some getting used to, but when everything lines up, it does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

Best sleep
So I bought this pillow because I was having severe shoulder pain. I was a stomach sleeper until I had surgery and was unable to sleep on my belly. I started to notice shoulder pain and progressively got worse to the point were I thought I injured myself. I had a hard time even raising my arm. Few months go by and no difference. So I Google it lol. Turns out it was because of the way I'm sleeping. So I do some research and find this pillow! I know it's expensive but you get what you pay for! I'm 5 foot 5 inches tall and about 200lbs. I've never been able to fall asleep fast nor stay asleep. I get this pillow and first night I'm out before my husband, who falls asleep in record times. Not only do I fall asleep fast but I don't toss and turn. Now my shoulder still hurt that first night but with in a few weeks it was back to normal and feeling great. I swear by this pillow so much that my husband tried it and wants one now too lol. People say strong chemical smell, I did notice a smell but it wasn't over powering and was gone within a few days. Also it's super easy to take the cases off and put them back on. You might need help with the body pillow just due to shape and size. I have a queen size bed and it does take up space but not anymore than a regular pillow width wise. Definitely recommend. I even take it camping!

Traded shoulder pain for hip pain!
Incredibly uncomfortable. The whole system doesn't really even fit together, I had to watch videos of other people using it to see what I will must be doing wrong and no, it's just the system doesn't work. If used properly according to the instructions, the device causes very bad back and hip pain. Definitely not for someone who switches positions during the night. Not for anyone who dislikes pressure on their arm. I'm a small woman and I'm not sure how people with big arms would sleep with something like this. My arm was being squeezed and it was very uncomfortable. It was a nice idea though, but an expensive waste of money!
