Exact replacement
Took 5 minutes to install. Exact replacement to what I had. Would have taken 2 minutes to install but had to chisel out the old one (LOL). If it doesn’t light up, flip the wire connections. Works great. Screws that came with it were really short, so I reused the ones from the old door bell.

Works fine with necessary small adjustment for use as garage door push button
I got this to replace my garage door push button. It is small profile and not overly substantial feeling, but it does the trick. I'm a very novice handywoman and was able to install this no problem in about five minutes -- just make sure to switch off the power first. I note, as did another reviewer, that there is no hole in the top for the wires to run thru, so you will have to accomplish that on your own and I took off one star for that as it does show up on the Amazon search when looking for garage door push button replacements. Without the hole for wires, it really doesn't work as a plug-and-play replacement for such purpose. (I'm sure it's fine for a doorbell which would only be wired from the back, but I didn't use it for that.) I "drilled" a small hole with some needle files which I just happened to have and it was quick and easy. I got the white with white light and I like that it is not overly bright, i.e., it won't shine into the house thru the crack in the door, but is easily seen coming into the dark garage. A good solution at a decent price.

Nice compact doorbell that works perfectly without a diode
Very nice doorbell with added visibility of a lighted button. I am using it with a Heath Zenith White Wired Doorbell Chime Model Number: 18000088 and it works perfectly, no extra diode required.

Small and bright
this door bell was easy and quick to install. The value was a good price. The button is very bright so you can see it at night. The size of the door bell is small and will fit anywhere.

No light
Switch works; light won't work because I'm using it for garage door not doorbell. Screws are useless, used my own.
