This review is from day 1. I'll try to add another one year later. Product arrived well packed. Shipping box was intact and with no damage. As I unpacked the item, I was initially intimidated due to the large number of parts, BUT, I saw that every part was bagged and each bag was labeled with a number or letter that corresponded perfectly to the instructions. PACKAGING:10 out of 10. The instructions were quite clear. Each step identified the part(s) to be used perfectly. In my opinion, for ease of assembly, they could have been slightly more detailed, but we're more complete and detailed than 90% of items I've had to assemble. INSTRUCTIONS: 8.5 out of 10. The quality and design of the product is to me, very good. I found two small issues, one of which is a design fault and one is a production fault. Design Fault: The bottle top remover is directly above the paper towel holder. If you're using the paper towel holder, I think the bottle top remover will be completely unusable. Production Fault: The label affixed to the storage rack is riveted on backwards. I'm not going to mess with it, so it's going to stay backwards. DESIGN AND PRODUCTION: 7.5 out of 10 This item seems solidly designed, fits together really well, and seems well-built enough to last, hopefully many years. QUALITY: 9.5 out of 10 OVERALL: 9 out of 10

I have constructed tons of items over the last 50 years and have to admit that this product ranks as one of the best ever! Everything is clearly itemized and the instructions are clear and concise. These reasons alone are worth buying this cart. Even if you remove all parts from their labeled sleeves (as I did) you can still easily put this together with the manual. Incredibly detailed photos and instructions. The cart itself is very well built. Everything fit together perfectly. The one thing to be careful of is the position of the ash can if using a Weber kettle. You will have to turn the kettle so you can orient the ash pan and adjustable lever where you want it. Also when taking the lid off and putting it into the holder, you may have to turn the lid with the vent AWAY from the holder since the handle on the vent may interfere with the holder. In other words have the lid thermometer facing the holder. This is a great cart. Looks fantastic. Am very pleased with it.

It’s sturdy and rolls well; don’t be afraid of what looks like 8 million pieces when you open the box. Very good directions. Took about 30-40 minutes to put together. You can throw away the loop thing that goes around the ash cleanout and the corresponding wire apparatus. Also, the trash can, lol. But it’s fine and priced right. Made well and holds the grill like it’s supposed to.

The cart is very well made and is very solid when assembled. Everything fits together nice and tight. The instructions were clear and the parts are well labeled. There are 2 issues that kept me from giving this item a full 5 star rating. As info, I use this with a 22" Weber kettle grill (also new). First issue - I could not get all three screws on the end with the handle (see the pic). The bottom hole on the metal panel does not align with the cart. I had someone helping me to try to get it aligned and we could not do it. However, even without this screw the cart is quite solid. So, a minor ding for this. The second issue is the supports for the grill. For a 22" grill the metal supports on the side stick out over the edge of the cart. They aren't sharp but this is kind of crappy design and I'm going to use some paint on material that creates a rubbery covering to help prevent scrapes. Also, I actually had to loosen the center support (gray bars, midway down across the ends) to get the grill to slide in all the way. That grill ain't goin' nowhere baby, it is seriously wedged into that cart. Again - the card is rock solid. The manufacturer should either provide 2 different sizes of supports or find a better way to handle the larger grills. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the cart. I would say it is definitely worth the money.

Solid instructions, build is time consuming, but goes so well with Weber 18 inch kettle. It comes tricked out, rock solid and I’m proud of it, especially for the money.

Previously had the Weber version and was pretty satisfied with it. Had to leave it behind when we moved and I knew I had to get the same thing but the price was too much. Saw this on YouTube and gave it a shot. I am completely happy with the results. Installed with no issues and build quality is very good. I highly recommend it if you have a Weber Kettle.

The Weber Smokey Mountain 22” fits perfect. It is a lot more stable than I expected. Took the feet off of the WSM and used the nuts/bolts to plug the holes. I added an extra support by cutting one of the feet from the WSM and drilling a hole, but it was plenty sturdy without it. You might need to stretch the opening (of the table) that fits the bottom of the WSM. If not it will squeeze the bottom out of round and it will not seal with the middle section. Sounds like a lot but all in all it only took me about two hours to put it together and about 30 seconds to stretch it.it is 67” to the top handle. The other measurements are in the pictures.

Excelentísimo producto. No le pide nada al modelo original de Weber. Tengo un Touchmaster de 22" de casi 10 años. Le cambié las parrillas de carbón y la principal. Compré este carro que está por cierto a un súper precio. Me llegó rapido, de hecho antes de lo planeado, lo armé facilmente con las instrucciones y ahora que lo acabo de estrenar hace dos días, ufffff una chulada, hasta piqué carne en mi tabla pesada sobre el mismo carro y aguanto totalmente, y eso que hice bastantes kilos. de carne y todos picados con un cuchillo tipo hacha y el carro como si nada. En conclusión, una excelente inversión.

Este ha sido uno de mis autoregalos que mas he disfrutado. La mesa es muy funcional, es facil de armar, los materiales se ven resistentes y de buena calidad y le cabe cualquier asador Kettle de 18 a 22 pulgadas perfectamente. Desde que la estrene con amigos todos me preguntaron donde la consegui, que esta muy padre. Excelente producto que no le pide absolutamente nada a la original Webber que por el precio SIN DUDA vale mas la pena este.
