This water bottle is super durable. It is made of thick plastic and the design has lasted through several washes without fading. It doesn’t leak and is perfect to send to school with my preschooler. I like the little strap on the top of the lid too—it’s like a little handle. The fact this this has lasted a couple of months with MY five year old without breaking is really a statement to its quality. I’d buy another for my thee year old in a heartbeat

Product came damaged, the lid was not closing. I live all the way in Jamaica so returns are somewhat hard for me. The packaging was in tact. I'm so disappointed because I was anticipating the item in time for school. Never buying again. The sellers reached out to me about my complaint and, to be honest, the way my concern was handled has locked me in with this company. Not everyday do you meet suppliers who reach out to their customers this way. I also want to note that after receiving my replace product, I first filled it with water and turned it upside down. They didn't lie, it is leak proof. It's also very sturdy and my son loved it tje minute his eyes caught it. Thank you Bentgo fo such amazing service. What I liked: • The bottle looks sturdy and the colors/design are kid-friendly. • The size is good for a school day. Issues I experienced: • The lid doesn’t close tightly, even when clicked shut. • Because of that, the bottle leaks easily — it’s not reliable in a backpack. • I’ve had water spill inside bags and on things I didn’t want wet. • Even after trying to clean and dry the lid many times, it still doesn’t seal properly. Overall, this bottle has potential, but the leak problem and poor lid closure make it disappointing so far. I hope the design can improve in future versions.
