Healthy and helpful acidity can also be found in vinegar, stock, tamarind, tomatoes and other fruits or vegetables. Broth, soups or stews do not need extra acidity added. **Q: Do you just add this to your meal whilst cooking? Like can I add it into soup for 10 mins and remove whilst all the ingredients are already in there?** A: The instructions say to boil your pan of water with the iron fish in before cooking your meal, so you would boil your water for soup or pasta or vegetables first, then add those ingredients.
