Was it worth the price? Yes. Was it exactly as I expected? No. The only real complaints I have about it are that you can see the red glow of the IR light when the night vision is on and that the closest you can see with it is 12-15 feet away, I’d recommend not trying to walk while using these. Overall a great intro to night vision.

Here’s the final revised version with durability and value added: The night vision goggles were easily one of the coolest parts of our winter Boy Scout trip to upstate New York in the Catskills. Even in the freezing cold and complete darkness, they worked surprisingly well. All of the scouts got a chance to use them, and it was amazing to see how excited everyone was once the forest came alive through the lenses. Trees, trails, and even distant movement became clear in a way that felt almost unreal. Using the goggles made nighttime activities safer and more fun for everyone. Scouts could see obstacles in the snow and uneven ground that would have been hard to notice with flashlights alone. What really stood out was how durable they were—they handled the cold, constant use, and being passed around without any issues. They never fogged up, and the controls were simple to use even with gloves on. Considering their performance, toughness, and how much they added to the experience, the night vision goggles were definitely worth the price and made our trip one of the most memorable experiences we shared as a troop.

I would first like to start by saying I am very very impressed with how many options are on these. You can use them as regular binoculars, night vision ones, you can take videos and pictures and there is a lot of zoom stages. On top of all the amazing options to use through these, they seem very high quality and the pictures are honestly really clear! I am impressed with all the different brightness settings. I think overall this is great value for the money. There is so many options, the build quality is good and being able to mount it is an awesome feature! If you want videos just pop in an sd card. The last thing I would like to say is that I am very impressed with the battery life. And the night vision is awesome, it actually works really well. I think these are very worth it, 10/10!

The night vision on these goggles are very clear! They are also comfortable to wear as well. They stayed charged for a long time and the video I recorded with them came out great.
