Good for cooking chicken stock from bones. I use Costco rotisserie. Pull all the meat and stick all the left over carcus. Works beautifully

High quality cheese cloth. Exactly as advertised.

Used for straining wild grape juice. Grade 100 seems a little too fine for straining but I wanted to experiment. I love that these are pre cut squares rather than a large sheet, they fit perfectly over my large collander and worked just fine. They are plenty strong enough to hold up to being twisted tightly to get all the juice out.

I was looking for good quality organic cloth to use as banneton liners and these work perfect! They are big individual sheets, my dough doesn’t stick to them, they can be reused, they are easy to clean and I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off when it comes to the price tag. I would gladly buy these again and recommend to others!

Excellent cheese cloth bags. Can out through the wash after thoroughly rinse. They shrink some after but I've not found that to be a detractors. Used mostly for straining broths.

I bought a pack and was impressed enough to buy two more. The edges are hemmed to prevent unraveling and the cloth itself is sturdy. Follow the instructions and boiling them for 5 minutes before using them.
