Unfortunately, the chocolate arrived completely melted, and all of the callets had fused together into one solid mass. I specifically chose callets because they are convenient to measure, portion, melt, and use in recipes. Once melted and fused together, however, they lose that convenience completely. The chocolate is extremely difficult to remove from the package and will form one large solid block once it sets again. For me, this defeats the main practical advantage of purchasing chocolate in callet form. The chocolate itself may be good quality, but in the condition in which I received it, it is not practical to use as callets. This was very disappointing because the whole reason for choosing this format was convenience and ease of use.
