We were so happy to find this remote for our Sony tv! We had misplaced ours and it’s so nice to have one now! Everything works great on it, very easy to use. It connects with our tv great!

Plug and play! I was concerned about trying to program it to work with my TV but the remote control worked as soon as I put in the batteries I didn’t have to do anything. The buttons are a little firm however I’m sure that they’ll be more sensitive as I use the remote. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Works great but we had to order one back in Dec of 2024, so it only lasted that long. The first one was not misused, and there are 2 adults using it. I would have expected it to last longer. Batteries were replaced.

Dang it. I swore this was a genuine SONY remote control. And I had no idea it wasn’t until I called SONY and told them that their remote control kept losing its paring capability and I had to reset it at least 3 times a day. And the man said it wasn’t theirs. So I ordered a SONY remote control through the SONY website and not through Amazon. I missed the return window. Lesson learned. Amazon seems to be selling more crap than items that work. This is the second problem that I have had in two weeks. Anyway, save yourself the trouble and just go to the manufacturers website for specific name brand items. Sure it cost more, but they work better. Amendment: the item didn’t work as I said. However I want to mention that the seller contacted me and offered me a full refund. I accepted it for sure. The thing is that the seller reached out to me. I didn’t reach out to them as I just chalked it up to lost funds and a miss. It’s really nice to get the refund and I offered to send the remote back to the seller. Seller said no need. So I need to say it really was a great seller. The product (that one that I know of) didn’t work for me. However I do make a note of who the sellers are that I deal with. This seller I wouldn’t mind doing business with again. As the seller really did make it good. So I get a lot of comfort in that. So I raised the star from 1 to 3. I could offer more, but I think it’s fair because the seller is part of the item being sold and putting their name behind it.
