The attachment fits several different size vacuum nozzles and is snug enough to create suction. The flat edge hose fits into the lint screen area easily in modern dryers and it picked up gravel and beach sand from within along with trapped lint. This product was worth the money.

I bought this so my wife and kids can participate in dryer maintenance while I watch some football, :) Fail We have a 2017 LG front load dryer where I would use a long screw driver to loosen the lint, a shop vac to suck out the loose lint and a Dewalt 20V leaf blower to assist in pushing out lint too far down. Then repeat until clean. Hoping this would cut down on the time it takes to clean, but it did not save any time. The tube with the wire was useless on my LG dryer as it would not fit down the guts of the LG lint exhaust or whatever they call it. The wire on it was too stiff as well. So I used this attachment to help break up the caked in lint The oval attachment was able to get further down in to the bowels of the LG but not much came out in too the vacuum. Needless to stay I still needed the screw driver to loosen the lint so the oval attachment could suck it up. The attachment to the vacuum work well which is why I gave it three stars. It attached to our Dyson Animal which has a large port and there was no loss of suction. Before buying check your liny trap to see if it can accommodate these attachments. Decided to keep it to use under the range and behind heavy objects due to the flexibility. It saves in these places because I don't have to pull out the shop vac. Bottom line, don't expect to save any time in cleaning the lint out. Note we clean ours every 3 to 4 months and use the dryer daily. Maybe this would work better it we cleaned it every month? What a great product! The Sealegend 2 piece vent cleaner kit did a fantastic job cleaning the lint from my dryer. I have a "ClearView" bagless vacuum cleaner and watched as my vacuum cleaner's canister filled up halfway for a total of about 2 cups of lint. It was super easy to assemble the two parts and had easy to read instructions. The hose is flexible and fits easier into the lint trap. It took less than 10 minutes to vacuum out all the lint that was trapped in my dryer vent. I highly recommend this vent cleaner. It is economically priced at just $10 and is made of sturdy flexable plastic with an attached guide wire. Because at least 2 cups of lint was removed from my dryer vent, I know it will cut my dry time substantially while saving money on my electric bill.

I've had trouble with my lint trap ever since my water heater, which unfortunately had a LOT of hard water deposits in it, flooded a section of my house. When I washed the rags and towels the repairmen used to clean up the mess, a lot of those deposits got into the washer and dryer. Those little pieces of dried water deposits were in the dryer trap every time I used it. I figured eventually it would stop because all of them would be out of the machine but months and months later I still got them. I finally decided to try this to see if I could get them out and it made such a huge difference. The kit worked with my vacuum which has a wide hard section for the end of the hose. I wasn't sure it would attach properly to the kit but it did. I haven't tried doing it from the outside of the house yet but I was pleased with getting the trap area cleaned out anyway.

I just got this vent cleaner attachment today. I used it on the inside of my dryer vent. I attached a photo of what came out of my vent. . . .disgusting!!! It was amazingly easy to attach to my vacuum and equally easy to use. A house in my neighborhood recently caught fire due to a dryer. It motivated me to order this product. The cleaner came with an attachment to also clean the outside vent. I will wait until the snow melts to tackle that project in the Spring.

It did what it said. Easy to assemble, and it worked with my Shart vacuum. It did clean the areas, but not the "clog" which it could not get to. I have to remove my dryer for that. This is not the cure all for anything, but for the more simpler blockages, which are just as important to clean out. It does NOT replace the inspection of the maoin vents, or once in a while opening up the dryer to check for hidden recesses, which I did find. I would stgill buy one.

I haven’t had any problems with it does suck up. The dust bunnies from the dryer vent compartment works really good and also works great in the dryer exterior vent on the side of your house. I would recommend this product.

Works well at clearing out all the stuck lint in the filter space of my dryer. I wasn't able to get to it with just my vacuum so this did the job well. Tube is a little finicky to move around and the guiding rod works sometimes but mostly just gets in the way when I'm trying to move the tube around the filter space. One issue is that depending on your vacuum, it may not fit. For example, it wasn't able to fit on my old handheld Dyson vacuum but fit no problem with my Miele vacuum with the narrower tube. The Dyson tube was too big to fit in the adaptor.

This thing really works well. I've tried it on my vacuum cleaner and shop vac and it fits snug to provide great suction. I really like the wire guide that allows you to keep the plastic hose in line as you negotiate where you want it to be. The wire can coil down the hose to make it longer or shorter. I bought it for my dryer and it worked very well. A few days later, I changed the water filter on my fridge and while I was at it, I used the cleaner kit to get all around the coils and vent for the fridge. Its a bargain not just for the price, but because it really works.

Price a joke only part of package useful.
