Great product but a bit clumsy. Learn how to set up and dismantle prior to any presentations!

Unfortunately, the item had to be returned as the screen only had a 3:4 aspect ratio and I needed a wide screen projection. It was my fault.

For the price paid, it's not too bad. Unfortunately, when extended, the screen is not taught enough so ripples can be seen when viewing. It is particularly noticeable when the camera is scanning a scene.

This is too heavy a screen for me to carry. I have requested a return collection twice. I have received a message to say the parcel was not ready. No One has called at our home because the house is never empty. Please advise.
