How much weight can this ring withstand? Could it be used as a shabari ring?

Other answers say this is tube steel. Not solid. It is unlikely to withstand the forces created by suspension.

Is this solid 304/316 stainless or plated?

I am not certain if it is plated or not. I never wore the finish down, because it wore my shoulder out (aggravated an old injury).... so I gave it away
