The colour Brilliant Blue FCF has been used for the tablets, quite unnecessarily, though it is banned in some countries.

Keet this item away from light exposure
If you have B12 deficiency so you go for 1500mcg i take 500mcg but i can't see any changes in 1 month but tablet have no sideffect i will going to buy 1500mcg supplement next time
