This is a great little cart - I got it for my husband's Father's Day gift this year, so it's been a couple of months now. In the photo you can see the new cart stationed behind his old cart, that he left out in the rain consistently. The new cart works really well and holds a lot of weight. It's easy to move around. It was fairly easy to put together, but I wouldn't want to do it again!! Follow the instructions and look at the photo of it. I asked him to put a tarp over it when not in use, but he doesn't like to do that. If you can see well enough there is rust developing. Fortunately, I have some rust resistant black paint that I plan to use on it. This one should last better than the old one which had the pressed board sides and bottom. This BILT HARD is well worth the price in my estimation. :-)

I placed an order for this because my guys were using on the Army base to move parts in the motor pool. It carried heavy loads. It was very easy to put together. Great price, great product.

Got this baby on a smokin' good sale to take care of business at my house. Can't beat the price for this kind of utility cart, and that's BEFORE you factor in the included flat-free tires! The box arrived in decent shape. Upon opening I found a dented panel, some scratches, etc but it wasn't horrible in my book (Your mileage may vary). Assembly took MAYBE 30 minutes because it was a glorious day outside and I wasn't in a huge hurry, and it was quite easy-peasy - You mount the 'axles' to the posts welded to the platform, add the FLAT FREE tires to the axles, flip it over, and add the handle/hitch-pin mounted sides/etc - DONE! Overall quality is quite good. Instead of using cheesy tabs to hold the sides on this unit uses fully removable hitch pins (bonus), you can easily make the sides fit on ROCK SOLID by tightening the silver flip-handle bits down to your liking (bonus), it has a nice BLACK finish and the FLAT FREE tires are nice solid units that alleviate any worries you might have about goat heads, screws, etc (SUPER bonus IMHO)... The "bad" consists of the scratches/dents the unit incurred during transport due to the packaging (Meh) and the "Abysmal, Absolutely Unforgivable, Golly Gee Whiz 100% Deal Killer" cheesy "Bilt Hard" decals that fell off the sides of the wagon (GOLLY) before I could... even... remove them... In other words, nothing I care about in the "bad" category. Life is too short... But yeah, save $50+ over buying a kinda-sorta 'equivalent' (*or likely lower quality) version of this cart from someone else... Oh, no wait. More like $100+ once you factor in the costs of replacing the weenie air-up tires on Brand X wagon with Flat Free tires WHICH THIS COMES WITH! Seriously though, GET IT!

Love this cart. Can be used for pulling groceries from car to door; can be used for gardening and outdoor work. I haven’t had it too long, so I hope it holds up well.

Pros: Right size for my needs, sturdy, no flat tires. Versatility for several different uses. Not a bad price for what I priced elsewhere. All the parts were shrink wrapped in a pouch with labels. You Tube video is helpful, but it doesn't tell you the part numbers of the nuts and bolts, just an overview of the install. Cons: Reason for 4 stars not 5. Incomplete assembly instructions, one whole step was omitted for the rear axle assembly, but it was easy to figure out. Front assembly wheel axles were installed backwards, had to take them off and switch them. Wasn't hard to do, but an unnecessary step. Instructions for some parts were not descriptive enough as to orientation of direction of install and the diagram was lacking in detail for those parts. Just added time to my install to figure out how those parts went on. Misspelled word in instructions, step 4 is spelled Installd instead of Install. Company name is Bilthard USA, but the box says made in China. If your product is made in China, you name should not indicate USA or at least put that in the description. Not unusual these days, but that is not mentioned in the description. Not a biggie, I would have bought it anyway. They need to correct the assembly instructions to add the rear axle assembly, correct orientation of parts and correct the misspelled word. Overall, I am pleased with the cart. Update 12/5/2023: I had an issue with the tread falling off one of the tires after just a few months. I contacted Bilthard and even though it was out of warranty they said they would send me a new tire. I got the package yesterday and they sent a whole new cart! I contacted them to see if this was an error and CS service told me they didn't have just a wheel to send so they decided to give me a whole new cart. Their page says they stand by their products 100% and they do, now that's customer service!

Easy to assemble. Works great

Dont know how we got along without it so long. Don't stack your load too high, it will tilt. But it carries the weight. Had it 2 weeks. So far, so happy.
