Excellent single blade, flush cutting nippers. I've been building scale models for 54 years and these are as good as any I've used. I will buy these again next time I need nippers. Expensive, brittle God Hand nippers will not make me a better builder. These work just as well and I have an extra $40 in my pocket.

I’ve tried a few different model nippers over the years, and these have become my go-to pair. They make clean cuts with very little stress on the plastic, leaving much smaller nub marks than the budget options I started with. I also own the “upgraded” orange version from the same brand, and honestly, I prefer these. They feel better in my hand, make cleaner cuts, and have been more consistent overall. I find myself reaching for these every time I start a new kit. If you’re looking for a solid pair of single-blade nippers without spending premium GodHand money, these are an excellent choice. They’ve performed well on every kit I’ve built, and I’d happily buy them again.

I recently got back into gunpla after a twenty year hiatus. I was trying to keep my tool kit and overall expenses at a minimum so I dismissed the thought of a second pair of nippers, I was absolutely wrong! I decided to give these a try because they had great reviews and were very reasonably priced. This ha e absolutely changed the game for me and have made my overall workflow much quicker, easier, and cleaner. They are very well built, high quality, and sharp. They make a clean smooth cut that is very precise. If you take your time to use these appropriately you won't even need to use a knife/hobby blade and you will need very minimal sanding. One important piece of information: these do not replace your regular thick "cheap" nippers, you still want to use those to make the initial cut off the runner. These are used for a second cut to remove the remaining nub left on the part. You may ask yourself why you need a second pair of nippers but the blade on these is much thinner, sharper, and flatter. They cut the nub flush on the part without damage. Just a small amount of light sanding and you are ready to move on. With the simple addition of these nippers I was able to prep all the parts for an entire HG gunpla kit in about 20 minutes, this previously took a few hours with a hobby knife and multiple rounds of sanding.

I feel spoiled with these, holy cow! I was using just craft store cheap nippers for my Gundam and I don't think I can ever go back. These cut like butter and nip so close to the pieces I don't have to spend forever sanding and fixing up cuts after the fact. I seriously suggest these as a person gift to yourself or a gift for anyone you know who likes doing plastic model kits, they are awesome! I'm excited to purchase the higher quality ones when I start on my perfect grades later this year!

For the price you can NOT go wrong with these nippers. They cut cleanly, can remove mold lines, are comfortable, and are very high quality for the price However, the metal is very malleable and I do not recommend using these for ANYTHING except injection molded plastic (games workshop, tamiya, etc.) as even gently gripping another metal (glue nozzle for citadel glue) slightly dents the blade. Aside from the sub-stellar durability, these are AMAZING nippers. I recommend you use these and buy expensive professional ones in the future when these wear out. Overall 9/10.

I looked at several expensive single blade nippers for model making and chose this model and brand. I have been completely satisfied. This is a tool for fine work with plastic models, balsa wood and other light materials like Polystyrene.

Size is just about perfect for what I needed, and for the price it’s pretty hard to beat. I used them for about 3 hours straight and they seem to hold up fine with no meaningful stress on the hands or wrists. Will have to try to the other ones available soon. Sharpness is 8/10 with it being find to cut with little to no stress marks so long as you sand down nubs.

Its a great single bladed nipper for anyone wanting to get more serious about model building or even just starting to get into it.

Apesar de ser um produto internacional, pedi e chegou em menos de 7 dias. Diferente de outros alicates que tive, este é excelente e corta muito macio o plástico! Já vem com proteção e um estojo de acrílico, além de um pano de microfibra para limpeza após o uso. Com relação à entrega, veio em uma caixa super-bem protegida, então recomendo demais!

Not the best out there but will get the job done. Get a glass file for clean up.

works pretty well as a single blade nipper. a good entry if the Godhand nippers is a bit too expensive for you.

Son las primeras pinzas que compré para gunpla, anteriormente usaba unas pinzas de corte para electrónica, si hay una diferencia notable en el acabado, el plastico queda con menos marcas por presión dado que el corte es más limpio. Costo: 600. Valen la pena para tener un mejor acabado.
