Solofish 800 Lumens Adjustable Pistol Light Laser Combo for Railed Gun

What a deal. I was very skeptical at first but this laser/ flashlight has surpassed all my expectations. It looks great, fits perfectly on my Ruger Security 9, the flashlight and laser are both very bright and it is super easy to install and adjust. What more could you ask for? I love the fact that it is rechargeable too. I have a Viridian green laser on my Ruger LCP 380 and it eats batteries just sitting in the nightstand. And it cost over 5 times what this one did. I wish this company made a trigger guard mounted version for the LCP 380 and LC9S Pro- I would happily buy those too. If you are hesitant to try this product don't be. It is a home run at a crazy low price. Kind of a wonky brand name but who cares? It does the intended job fantasically.

This Solofish 800 Lumens Pistol Light Laser Combo works great and provides a very bright light. The laser is easy to see and the combination of both features makes it very practical. The build quality feels solid, and it was simple to install and adjust. I like that it helps improve visibility and is compact without adding too much extra weight. Overall, a great option for anyone looking for a light and laser combo with good brightness.

Seems pretty nice for the price. The flashlight is plenty bright, strobe function is a nice touch if you really want to disorient your enemy, I guess. Laser is crisp and easy to adjust. Fits perfectly on my Taurus PT111 G2 with the smaller rail adapter provided in the box. The buttons are placed well...can just use them as the resting point for my trigger finger. I have yet to shoot with it mounted to the gun, but it seems solidly attached, no wiggles or rattles. USB-C charging is a nice plus, keeps things simple. For a cheapie for the bedside protection unit...I'm satisfied.

I bought this because I am doing some experimentation with different pistol sights to compensate for a blind spot in the lower portion of the vision of my right eye that makes regular open pistol sights somewhat difficult to use. I got this because I did not want to spend a lot right out of the gate. The unit is reasonably solid, but not so solid as me example of the Chronhawk brand. I got this one because I needed to mount it on a 3.3 inch barrel, and this was short enough. It mounts somewhat awkwardly, but it works fine. The controls are easy to reach, being even with the front of the trigger guard. The adjustments are somewhat awkward, but they work too. The blue dot is visible in both steady and strobe flashlight functions. The blue dot is not readily visible very far in daylight. The big downside of this unit is that this is NOT close to 600 lumens. I have a Chronhawk 500 lumen unit which is FAR brighter than the alleged 600 units of this light. However the light is quite bright and certainly more than adequate at self defense pistol ranges. Get it out to 100 yards and the lower light brightness will be easily seen when side by side with my 500 lumen unit. Without the ability for a side by side comparison, I'd probably have never suspected anything. What durability will ultimately be, I can't say as I have not had it long enough to tell. I'm happy enough with the unit, it seems built well enough and is certainly usable enough in short range pistol situations, which is what I bought it for.

Didn't know what to expect ordering something like this off amazon, but it was actually quite nice. It is easy to use, firm, the light is bright and the laser works exceptionally well. It's rechargeable and you can adjust the laser to be more accurate with the line of fire.

In case there are any real gun people here who may wish to know more. This review is for the SL-1085 Solofish light / laser combination. Light is okay, could be brighter – not 800LM maybe 500-600LM. Green laser is very good, bright and crisp. This light / laser combo is designed to fit precisely with pistols with 4-inch barrels. Meaning that the light is exactly flush with the end of the barrel. IF you have more than a 4-inch barrel, the light will not reach the end of your barrel. IF you have a shorter barrel than 4 inch the light will stick out past the barrel (which I do not ever want myself). I purchased this for the S&W M&P 4-inch platform (identical frames for all the 9mm / 40 cal. / 10mm / .45 cal. frames). I have mounted 2 of these now to a perfect fit. Follow the instructions folks! Many pics of this light on others weapons clearly show they are mounted incorrectly. When mounted correctly the buttons will be directly over the forward portion of the trigger guard (where your finger reaches precisely correct, comfortably without reaching). You need to take out the 2 screws entirely to use the smaller rail plate (normally) for the proper fit on 4-inch barrel pistols. For the money and fit, these light / laser units are an exceptional value. Cheers!

OK I didn't expect much but I'm so far impressed. Out of the box. On the gun (Springfield Helcat pro comp) perfect fit. The light power for its size is great and dot is good. I'll be five stars if it holds up under fire. Even if just the flash light continues to work it will be work the price. Durability is the question. I suspect the light will be fine I don't care as much about the dot. Fact is that it's bright. Fits the gun and finctions like it was made for it. Hopefully the battery is durable. I'd give a 5+ if I knew it's duribility. 4 if only the light works after use and the battery holds charge. I would only give it 3 if it was none of those just for it's appearance on the Helcat pro.

I bought this to mount to my TX22, came quick, easy to install and tune. After 2 range visits and only about 200rnds, the laser shifted insight the body, becoming obstructed and therefore useless. The return process was easy, got it the next day but didn't get to the range for a couple weeks. 1st visit w/ the new light only ran 50-ish rounds thru the 22, and the following week, about 200. The day after visit #2 I was cleaning and came to find the SAME problem, which was made worse to find out the return period on this one ended 4 days ago. The light was not designed to be serviceable, so I assume I will break something if I try to open it up and fix it myself. I emailed and am awaiting a response. If not for this issue, this would have been an awesome value. But durability is a huge concern if it can't handle the recoil of a .22 after just a couple hundred rounds, I'm very disappointed to have paid $30 for a basic and unnecessarily large/bulky flashlight**** update, NO RESPONSE AFTER OVER A WEEK. GUESS IM STUCK WITH THIS OVERPRICED FLASHLIGHT......
