Worktop Wonder Hard Surface Cleaner 500ml – For Granite Marble Stone & Stainless Steel

I made the most expensive mistake ever, three years ago by getting honed black granite worktops for my kitchen 🤦‍♀️ what on earth was I thinking for a working kitchen. From day one it’s smeared when cleaning, fingerprints, cup/glass rings, water stains, in fact anything that touches it, marks it. I hate it, but can’t afford to change it so we have chopping boards everywhere to hide the marks and to make the kitchen more functional. I used an alleged granite cleaning spray last week and it made a terrible mess of the worktops, it dried so streaky and wouldn’t clean off no matter how hard I tried (photo 1). I googled solutions and the Lakeland Worktop Wonder came out on top. Desperate, I sent for it and what a godsend it’s been. I cleaned the tops first with a warm water and bicarbonate solution, then plain water wipe over to ensure no residue and when it was dry, I applied the Worktop Wonder and then polished with a soft lint free cloth. I was amazed, it came up like new, it’s cleaned every mark and smear and it looks lovely. So far it’s repelling any further water stains and if it does smear, I just have to buff it with a dry cloth. I’m so impressed with it I’ll be ordering more. I would 100% recommend, it’s been a lifesaver!

This product is excellent. My 23yr old black granite worktops are now sparkling like new. What a refreshing change that a product actually does what it says it does. Slightly more expensive than some of the other products but worth every penny.

Just revamped our kitchen, painted cupboards ,walls, retiled and added mood lights. Looks great but the laminate was looking a bit tired and patchy on the mock black stone surface. Tiny scratches and general wear and tear. Tried other products but not impressed. Found this one and although says for granite, marble I can see other buyers have used on laminate. Used an old cotton sheet cut up into pieces and applied the spray directly to the counter top. It smells pleasant and it goes on easily. After rubbing until the residue disappeared I then buffed with the cotton cloth. It creates a very subtle shine and brings the colour back to life. Some bits I did twice and I am pleased with the result. No streaks or oiliness. Drys quickly and was fairly effective and not difficult to apply. Time will tell how long the effect lasts but I’m happy to apply as and when required and will buy this product again. I’m going to try it on the ceramic tiles on my hearth, making sure it’s dry before lighting the fire . ( flammable warning on can) . Only give 4 stars as shine is subtle, but maybe I expected too much.🤷‍♀️

Great stuff for cleaning granite or hard surface worktops. Leave a slight sheen. Very effective and good value. Will buy more when this runs out. Easy to apply and durable.

I opened for this mainly because it's a brand I'm familiar with and in fairness.the cleaner is good. Easy to apply and it leaves a nice shiny finish... But at the same time it's no better Stan some surface cleaners we've used and if anything lacks a lovely scent. Very expensive with that in mind.

I was very sceptical about this product, but it has made a big difference to our brown laminated kitchen work surfaces. The colour is much deeper again and the white haziness is virtually all gone. Tired looking work surfaces brough back to life! Simple to use, just spray it on and grab a duster and polish it in. You might need a couple of coats depending on how bad the surface is. Really good product. Plus is smells great too.

An old black Formica worktop was looking patchy and stained. Any cleaning product with bleach has made the surface dull, various spillages have left marks. I searched the internet for a remedy having previously used baby oil which made the surface shine but only temporarily. Other products were priced differently but this seemed a good one, with the trustworthy Lakeland name. I’m extremely pleased with the results. The product is relatively expensive but in a large can, easy to apply and in my opinion smells lovely. After several days it still looks good, all the smears and marks have gone and even used on stainless steel taps, hob, kettle its brilliant.
