A: Yes it does

**Q: are the instruction in english?**
A: Did not come with instructions.

**Q: is this bundle magnetic?**
A: I was kind of hoping when I bought them, but no. The moment is much smoother than the original and doesn't need any lubrication (old school here). I have actually be very happy with them but if you are looking for magnetic , these are not cubes you are looking for.
