Hit my 30s and couldn’t recover as easily as before, saw this being recommended on a Reddit post and decided to try it out. Last night I put it to the test, drank this shot about 5 hours before drinking started. Then drank from about 7pm-2am. Had my usual drunk fun and was able to actually go to sleep soon after arriving home, woke up this morning feeling oddly normal. What a relief! I do not feel even slightly sick, no headache, no sadness and not sleep deprived or dehydrated. The shot itself is in a nice glass bottle, the taste is similar to lemon juice in my opinion. You can take it early in the morning and the benefits will last all day and night (18 hours per the description). Only down side is the price.

This is my third re-order of Z biotics and as somebody who is not a huge drinker, but does enjoy going out from time to time these things make the weekend a breeze. While there’s no magic cure for alcohol consumption these make a very significant impact on how you feel the next day, especially physically. I have found that hangovers aren’t really a dehydration problem. They’re much more than that. I take one of these just as I walk out the door for the evening and when I get home at the end of the night, I take Cheers which is also a phenomenal product and I highly recommend combining the two over the course of an Evening.

This isn’t a miracle cure, but it genuinely takes the edge off the next morning. I’m not a light drinker, so I’m a fair test case, and on nights I take one, I can tell the difference. The big thing: take it FIRST, before your first drink. If I take it once I’m already drinking it’s noticeably less effective. Timing is the whole game. Bonus, it’s already a probiotic, so no need to stack another one with it. Would buy again. Just keep expectations realistic and the timing right.

I only drink occasionally (maybe once a month) and usually only have two or three drinks when I do. ZBiotics hasn’t changed how drunk I get, and it’s important to understand that it doesn’t prevent drunkenness or impairment. Was super easy to use. I was hesitant to buy it first because of the price. But it’s well worth it and ive repurchased multiple times. I don’t drink very much or very often, but my face and chest would turn red after even one drink usually, this product actually helped with that! I also feel much better after.

I received the bottles just in time for the holiday season and have tried the product twice, I am pleasantly surprised with the results. In both cases, these were evenings that I suspected I would drink in good quantities, I didn't stop myself and I drank a little water during the evening as recommended. The following mornings I was very functional and able to do the tasks I had planned. During a 3rd evening that I thought would be peaceful, I didn't take Zbiotics but unfortunately I took 1 or 2 glasses too many while drinking a little water... I noticed a good difference with the 2 previous evenings. I gave 2 to friends and they also told me they were in good shape the next day. Quite expensive but to be in shape in the morning, I think it's worth the cost!
