Se deforma con el primer uso. Lo utilice a fuego medio-bajo, lo lavé hasta que estuvo frío y se deformó con el primer uso, por lo que no hace contacto con toda la superficie y no se calienta igual en todos sus puntos. Tal vez para una estufa convencional de gas funcione y no se mueva, pero en vitro cerámica da vueltas y se desliza todo el tiempo. Le doy 3 estrellas porque me había gustado mucho el tamaño (perfecto para 4 hotcakes medianos) y que sea antiadherente. Tal vez si fuera un poco más grueso no se deformaría tanto. En estufa de gas pienso que debe funcionar bien. Pero vitroceramica o inducción mejor evitar la compra.

It looks 10/10 straight out of the box. I haven’t used it yet but the coating looks nice and thick. The metal is NOT cheap and flimsy. It’s a solid griddle. I am very impressed. I bought it for car camping to use on my folding, 2 burner, BRS-32 stove. You could almost use it backpacking if you’re not a gram weenie. If your carrying a pound of bacon or sausage you’ll have no excuse for not carrying this griddle too. 😉😆

This fits my Weber Q1000 very snuggly and beats the cast iron ones on every respect. Heat appear very evenly across its surface. The ceramic coating allows every thing to slide off with ease and making cleaning very easy. The best part it's made in the USA

This worked great with my little butane stove while camping. My daughter was so happy that the pancakes looked like pancakes and the scrambled eggs were perfect. I was careful not to get it too hot so it worked great and will be a great addition t9 our camping box. It’s a plus that it’s flat, lightweight for easy transport. I used the grip handles that I use with my camping pots so I could easily move it.
