How did I ever get by without this, total game changer!!! You will love it!!!

As advertised, easy to use to relieve hydraulic pressure so the quick release fittings can be attached, with out all the cussing and swearing. A bit pricey, however, after fighting the quick release fittings over and over, it’s worth it. Works very well on my Kubota tractor M6060.

This set is the easiest and safest way to release the pressure from quick-connect hydraulics that have been detached under pressure or build pressure after release. In particular, I've never found anything that works for both the male and female side, but this set does and doesn’t damage the male end like a hammer. Fixes in under two minutes. This is a must-have set if you forget to release pressure or have a quick-connect that disconnects unexpectedly.

Great idea. As to there working as advertised, I can’t tell you. I haven’t had the opportunity to put them to the test but that day will come.

I had just picked up a kubota tractor and purchased a grapple for it. I hadn't had it long enough to know to release the pressure first before removing attachments. There is a lot of force in those poppet connections if not leveled out first. What I can say is they make my not so infrequent mistake of forgetting that small step an easy fix. There is a nice little toolbox behind the seat where I keep mine stored. First in a paper towel, and then a zipper baggy to keep moisture away from them. They are also awesome for using attachments where someone else also made the same mistake. They were well worth the purchase. The quality of them is such that you only have to buy them once. That makes it all the better.

just had to follow up with my thoughts on the decompression tool that I just received from your Amazon store. It was the ½” ag / pioneer model for my JD 4052. I ordered it late yesterday and I have already received it and have used it. It works EXACTLY as it is supposed to and I could not be happier! No more “cussing” as you put it, and, the biggest thing, NO more ruined clothing! Thank you very much for supplying such a wonderful product that does what it says it will. More people need to know about this item and I will do my part to make sure more do.

I used to hit my hydraulic fitting with a hammer to release the pressure so I could attach the hose. This product is easy to use and takes a few minutes to do the same thing without damaging the attachment. Well worth the money. Very easy to use.

Least basic instructions would help. Too easy to overtighten

These couplings will NOT fit connections on front loader lines! However, they Do fit the back-hoe attachment connections, so nice addition to my toolbox
