How do you wash and dry these, and do they shrink when cleaning them?

Washing machine - full cycle on cold. Haven’t had any shrinkage from washing - I hang them to dry as I’m more worried about shrinkage from drying

They are 85% polyester and 15% Polyurethane! Very good quality also!

Depends on your frame. I’m 6’3 and around 200 lbs and I bought XL. Fit is relatively snug through the torso and has a little give in the arms (not much). Could have gone a size lower if I wanted very snug

I'm 6'2 but I got pretty long arms, what size should I get?

I got these for my grandson who is 6' and about 180lbs. They seem to have plenty of length in the sleeves for him. You should possibly get XL.

Summer, Winter, Spring or Fall you can't miss with these Compression Shirts.

As seller described. I am NOT a long sleeve person, but these are the ones. I work in the ED and they keep it like Antarctica in there and I needed an approved shirt to wear under my scrub uniforms and I saw these and the help so much. I'm going to order another set to have one for everyday of the week to. I'm 5'10 and 210lbs and the large worked perfectly for me. I love the breathable, moisturewicking, airy, light, fittedness of the material on me. The stitching quality is Top Drawer and no Shrinkage. There are different Color varieties to choose from a well. I HIGHLY recommend.

Shirts run small but still great

Worn them a few times during PT here in Washington State and definitely kept me warmer as the temps have began to drop. Moisture wicking fabric has been clutch. Id agree with other reviews that they run small as the large feels too tight around my mid section for being 5'9 an weight in the 170s. Sending back to get the XL size, but do recommend as a solid buy so far.

Happy with these, good fit, durable so far and the extra layer I wanted during cold weather.

Just what I needed for a second layer under my workout clothes during cold weather even though I work out indoors. Good fit. they stay in place and I feel help prevent cramps.
