Excellent Product.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this product and this seller. They are shipping defective, used set-top boxes as new. Forget about the warranty the seller refuses to take responsibility and gives baseless excuses. This feels less like a mistake and more like a deliberate attempt to scam customers by offloading previously returned items. Avoid this product if you don't want to waste your hard-earned money and time fighting for a refund. I am also disappointed with Amazon for failing to check the physical condition of the product before shipping. I expected better from them, atleast.

First impressions, good quality box having HDMI support with fast switching of channels, remote buttons could have been better. I did not need features like pen drive support so did not test that. It is priced competitively below 1000 rupees and promises great value for money. I would have preferred a heavy metallic built instead of the light plastic enclosure but the same is the case with most made in India set top boxes. *Update: No.longer turning on. Used infrequently

कोई भी इस कंपनी का सेटअप बॉक्स कभी मत खरीदना क्योंकि बहुत ही घटिया क्वालिटी का सेटअप बॉक्स और नेट तो सही तरीके से काम करता है और ना ही इसकी सर्विस अच्छी है तो हम आपको यही सलाह देंगे गलती से भी इस सेटअप बॉक्स को या फिर इस कंपनी के किसी भी प्रोडक्ट को मत खरीदना क्योंकि मैं इस कंपनी का सेटअप बॉक्स खरीदा था और इस कंपनी ने इतना घटिया दिया उसे सेटअप बॉक्स को मैं कचरे में फेंक दिया और मार्केट से नया सेटअप बॉक्स ला करके लगाया और अच्छा चल रहा है तो कृपया भाई लोग कोई भी मत खरीदना क्योंकि इनकी सर्विस बिल्कुल बकवास है मैं तो फस गया हूं तो इसलिए मैं चाहता हूं आप लोग इस प्रोडक्ट को खरीद कर कहानी फस ना जाए
