Grenade Chocolate Salted Caramel High Protein Shake, 8 x 330 ml - Ready to Drink Milk Protein Shakes with over 24 g Protein per Bottle

I really love this product and flavor. I use it to replace meals. I’m not quite sure if I’m supposed to, but I do😆!

I’ve been getting the Fudge Brownie flavour for a couple of years (spending an absolute fortune in the process) and it’s my guilt-free way to satisfy my sweet tooth. Honestly I prefer it to chocolate milkshakes and it’s insane how good it tastes given the calorie and nutrition profile. However, the Fudge Brownie flavour is currently out of stock so I thought I would try the White Chocolate and Salted Caramel flavours. The White Chocolate flavour is absolutely rank - the after taste is horrible and I had to force myself to finish the bottle rather than it going to waste. I have 7 more bottles in the fridge that I am building up the courage to drink as I rather not waste it, but it’s absolutely awful. I can’t believe there are people out there that like it! I also tried the Banana Armour flavour a couple years ago and that was horrible too, I ended up throwing it all out as I couldn’t even bring myself to drinking it. Meanwhile, the Salted Caramel is absolutely amazing and at the other end of the spectrum in terms of taste. It’s probably on par with the Fudge Brownie flavour and I’ll be starting to order it alongside my usual to mix things up. I’m giving this 5* just based on the Fudge Brownie and Salted Caramel flavours, but it would be a 0/5 if it was based on the other two. Definitely a new recipe needed for those!

These are great to grab and go nice strong flavour

It’s vanishingly rare that I write a review on Amazon (it would take over my life otherwise) but I had to make an exception for these. I know I have an operation in my future so I’m trying to lose weight while upping my protein levels. These are a fantastic way of doing it. Less than 200 calories and 25g of protein. Now I didn’t realise until I started counting protein how much of the constituent parts of chicken, beef etc aren’t protein; in my naïveté I thought meat = protein and that was it. I realised pretty quickly that I couldn’t afford the calories if I only concentrated on “real” food! So if I’m at the low end of protein intake I now have one of these. They’re delicious in salted caramel. I also have the bars in my handbag for when I’m not at home, but these shakes are by far the nicer option. No powdery aftertaste, no chemical tang; they’re just like a milkshake but far fewer calories. Far cheaper than in the high street, too. Yum!

This should be a 0 star health risk. Product bought last month, just drank one and saw product expired last year 13.12.24

These drinks are delicious. Seriously helped me when I was unwell and couldn't eat . They have perked me up no end . Many thanks .

Tried the salted caramel and the cookies and cream. Cookies and cream just tastes like milk but the salted caramel is divine! I especially love freezing it and eating it as ice cream to satisfy my craving for "dessert".

I love the salted caramel protein bar which is the best flavour in my opinion, so I thought that protein shake would be the same. Tbh it's not as good. I still think fudge brownie is the best flavour for their shakes, but this is a close second.
