Great addition to a workout

Perfect. Ideal for the dog walks to step up my fitness. Love it. Quality are okay. Not the best but you pay for what you get really. I am worried with the amount I'll be using them they won't last long. But only time will tell. Great value for money. Very comfortable also. Fit perfectly. Function well. Easy to use. I would recommend for a starter or someone wanting to trail using them. Someone using them more full time and regularly may not want a sand bagged type of ankle weight.

Unfortunately, there was a tiny hole near the stitches so it is leaking.

They are very secure once tightened properly and don't slip what so ever unless you are sweating profusely so I'd recommend drying the use area once a or twice during your set otherwise they do exactly what their meant for.

The product arrived next day and looked like what was expected. Each ankle weight is about 1 lb 8 oz. A bit less weight than I was expecting. But should work good enough I hope.

These are well made and they work well. No issues with the velcro. I do put a folded washcloth under where the velcro will touch the skin so it does not rub by skin raw.

Ce sont de très bon poids pour muscler les jambes , même si ma femme les a utilisé 3x bien comme d'habitude, en me disant ne t'inquiète pas je vais les utilisers ( elle m'a fait la même pour le tapis de course)

Sturdy and great quality! I didn’t notice it’s 1.5 pounds but took it as a sign to add more weights into my workouts, the only slight downside is that the sweat sticks on the equipment but it’s not a major hassle!

Well made and adjustable enough to fit snugly for leg use.
