If you’re debating this, get it. The amount you get and how long is lasts with having a cup of tea (almost) every day- it has lasted me two weeks now. It’s not only delicious without sweetener or lemon, it’s also delicious with it. I’ve noticed less inflammation in my typically swollen foot, more feeling in my typically numb calf and my joints feel overall just better.It arrived fresh. The ingredients are cool to just look at because the flowers are so pretty and fragrant. Definitely a good value!

Update July 2024:I’ve been buying this tea for a while and it has helped me, in the least, increase my water intake and, at the most, potentially aided in significant weight loss and better wellness. WHY HAS IT BEEN OUT OF STOCK FOR MONTHS NOW?! I can’t find a comparable tea with as many anti-inflammatory leaves in one bag. Whyyyyy?!?!Please come back!———-Hard to know its efficacy, which is why I gave it only 4 stars. It tastes very nice, even a slight sweetness. Will continue to buy in hopes of good health.

The moisture of herbs is awesome for healthy lungs and assisting in balancing my hormones. When steeped, the tea is very strong and earthy. Nothing some local honey can’t help with.

I was really impressed with all the additional ingredients & info on the box. All the teabags were sealed in foil so there was no loose leaves falling out. No preservatives, color or fillers added. After trying so many other things by themselves I hope this helps with all the additional stuff included together. It doesn't have much taste so I used lemon & sugar. If it works for what I wanted it for I'll come back & let you know if the holistic remedy worked close to Valentine's Day.

5 stars for smooth taste!Using it for a month now: 1 tsp in the morning (ones a day), w/o lemon, or honey, or sugar. Taste smooth to me, though many people here said that the taste is horrible. Idk, I'm from Europe and that's how natural (or especially "medicinal") tea suppose to taste!I never had any problems to go #2 in the morning, so I naturally go before I even drink this tea. But... some days it does make me run to the bathroom AGAIN in about 2 hours after I drink this tea. That's about it. The rest of the day I do not feel any difference, but I only drink it in the morning.Hopefully, after 3 months of use I will be able to feel the difference with my liver. P.S. I got a little stone/rock in the tea mix. Um, thank you? :)

Did anyone else notice the ingredient don’t match the servings list. Does it contain Burdock root or Barbery root. Very different roots. I’ll stay clear of this tea. I like to know what I’m consuming.
