It’s growing
The seed takes longer than Bermuda to sprout. But it has sprouted and it is growing, and I am very pleased. Looking forward to when it becomes a full lawn.

Centipede grass seed is growing.
It's growing slowly, but I'm satisfied.

Great grass very durable
I planted this in several bare spots this spring... I know what I'm doing when planting and this is the only grass that germinated this year. The Buffalo grass was a total disaster. I just wish it weren't so expensive. Otherwise no complaints. Centipede grass spreads using runners that take awhile to form but they will eventually cover any bare spots.

No results from "trusted name" brand
Live in SC. Tilled, raked, (starter) fertilized, seeded, and mulched, in early Aug. for this warm season grass. After six weeks of watering waiting, virtually zero germination of grass, but 100% germination of weeds. A total waste of time and effort; do not purchase.

Works way better than other brands
I bought grass by thr pallet from home dept and by the end of the year was left with nothing but weeds and dead spots. Tried using Remington seeds but the seed to mulch ratio is a waste of money, and didn't take very well at all.Used Scott's and within 2 weeks I had some sprouts taking over bald spots as expected.
