Bought this out of curiosity as have a cupboard full of similar tools that never really hit the spot and am extremely impressed. Fits well in hand (could maybe be a bit bigger) and the points are perfect size and just enough flexibility to really get into trigger points. I’ve made a hinged board that I can attach it to that fits over my sofa cushions so I can target back whilst watching TV. Highly recommend

Bit slow using it but once I got the hang of it I now use it morning and night in bed, using the edges to stretch the muscles and then I find the knots which need to be released, will be buying another to keep in my bag just in case I get caught out with another painful knot. Great for anyone who suffers with Myofascial problems.

This is perfect for working out knots in my jaw and neck from TMJ. It’s small enough to fit in the palm of my hand, so it’s definitely for smaller trigger points, but exactly what I needed. It’s portable enough that I carry it with me almost all the time now, and despite being solid and firm, it’s not heavy. It’s a perfect design and has been a huge help for my pain levels. I am so glad I bought this.

This dies the job but it is small. If it was about twice the size ot would be perfect

Wanted to use for my hamstrings but it's too small I would say it's smaller than a tennis ball

If you have sore spots on your muscles this is invaluable, you can get really deep into the muscle with it. I use mine everyday and it's surprising the difference it makes. I coat it in oil so it glides over the skin easily

I have struggled with back/ shoulder tension and pain my entire life. My back stores stress the most and these are perfect for daily relief. I’m kind of obsessed with them. Blue one is much firmer compared to the green which I also have. Currently seems to prefer the blue although I do prefer the green one for my legs.

The tool fits in the palm of my hand, feels like it’s made from a firm rubber-like material, and has a subtle texture that keeps it from slipping. I’ve mainly used it on the floor by lying down on it so the top point targets the pressure spots in my back and shoulders. It gives me the deep relief I need. I’ve also used it in the bathtub by sticking it to the back wall—the warm water combined with the massage tool really helps loosen tight muscles. It seems waterproof and is easy to clean with just soap and water. The suction cup works well on flat surfaces, like walls or doors, but I don’t get the same level of pressure relief from standing and leaning into it. I've also used it under my desk at work to relieve tension in my feet. It’s a simple, effective tool that’s been a great addition to my self-care routine. I’m considering getting a second one to use on both shoulders at once. I wish two were included at this price point, but overall I’ve been really pleased with how versatile and effective it is.

I’m on my first knot as I write this, and it’s perfect. I was using a knobby roller and you can’t relax while you dig in, you have to engage your core or legs. You can apply exactly the pressure you need for 1 spot.
