This is the absolute premium tier of toilet paper. I set a banana next to the roll in the photo for scale just to show exactly how massive these "Mega Rolls" really are. They are incredibly dense and will easily last much longer than standard rolls, meaning nobody gets stuck in the bathroom with an empty cardboard tube quite as often. WHAT STANDS OUT: • The 3-ply construction makes it incredibly thick and soft, meaning you end up using significantly fewer sheets per bathroom trip. • It doesn't leave behind a ton of lint dust on the roll holder or the floor like some other ultra-soft brands do. THINGS TO NOTE: • Because these Mega Rolls are so oversized, they will likely rub against the wall if you have an older, shallow, flush-mounted toilet paper holder. • More importantly, this paper is highly absorbent and thick. If you live in an older home with questionable plumbing, low-flow toilets, or a sensitive septic system, 3-ply paper is notorious for causing clogs. THE BOTTOM LINE: A top-tier, ultra-comfortable toilet paper that feels luxurious, as long as your bathroom plumbing can handle the thickness.

Quilted northern has been my go to for years, despite being raised on charmin ultra soft which would likely be my second choice, but haven’t purchased a pack of them in years, its the only kind my mom still buys when visiting. I used to enjoy cottonelle ultra soft for a bit but the quality seemed to change so I tried quilted northern ultra plush and has been my go to since (shoutout to the Amazon presto brand which is comparable to charmin ultra soft which I got during covid and still have one roll I’ve held onto). I’d give them 5 stars if they would stop downsizing the product, or at least make other sizes (the only other one I’ve seen offered is the ultra mega which is hard to find and only comes in an 8 pack (and I think a 16 pack as well but not sure). Those come in 378 sheets per rolls vs the so called mega which is 255 sheets per roll. (They did used to make other sizes, including smaller, like double, as well as mega, supreme, and so on. I wish they would take a note from some of their competitors like charmin and offer it in multiple sizes, as their current mega is 224 per roll, and the next size up is the xl mega at 336 per roll, and xxl at 440 per roll. For a 12 pack of the current quilted northern mega (255) not on sale, is typically around 13 dollars plus tax vs the ultra mega size (378) in the 8 pack which is around $15-16 plus tax, and you end up paying $2-3 more in that case for 36 sheets less in the ultra mega pack, so I’m forced to buy the mega version, and have to stow a few spare rolls nearby with limited bathroom space, vs keeping it in a less cluttered area like my kitchen pantry and not worry about replacing it for a longer period of time. The quality to me does remain to be good and soft, though it’s not as thick as the presto one I still have or likely the charmin ultra soft, despite it being three ply. I buy it for the sole reason that it feels softest to me, but I hate how much they have continued to downsize their product, as the former megas from over a year ago used to have 284 sheets per roll, and I had purchased the supreme size on Amazon a couple times which came in 308 or more sheets per roll for a 8 or 24 pack. The price seems reasonable, but I think the more you buy the less you pay, so buying a larger package of it will typically save one more money than a 6 pack. I have had no issues with clogging, it dissolves fine. Despite it being 3 ply, as mentioned before, it still isn’t as thick as the others I’ve mentioned like charmin and the presto version. I tend to use more and will double it if needed to get the job done. The 3 ply’s are just ply’s, but for me it’s a soft thing, as I’m pretty sure a 2 ply of charmin is more durable than this but doesn’t leave the crumbling that I’ve encountered on occasions with that brand vs quilted northern.

Pros: Quilted Northern Ultra Plush has genuinely become our household's favorite and go to toilet paper brand. We used to be loyal to Charmin Ultra Soft because of how soft it felt, but it eventually got too expensive to keep buying regularly for a family. When we discovered Quilted Northern, it honestly felt just as soft at a fraction of the price, and it quickly became our new go to. I always reach for the Ultra Plush version specifically, and I have been using it for the past seven to eight years at this point without a single disappointment. It has such a soft, plush feel that in a pinch we have even used it as a substitute for facial tissue. For a 24 mega roll pack that equals 96 regular rolls, it has been an easy way to stock up without constantly running to the store. Cons: The only thing I would mention is that because the rolls are so plush and thick, they take up quite a bit of storage space, so keeping a full stock of the mega rolls does require some extra room in our linen closet or pantry. It is a minor tradeoff for how soft and long lasting each roll actually is.

Qué buen papel higiénico! De los mejores que existe en el mercado! Atiende 2 necesidades básicas que se requieren para ser un papel higiénico de calidad: suavidad Y firmeza! Generalmente o son suaves, o son resistentes, pero este papel cumple perfectamente con ambas funciones! Si bien está algo caro, vale totalmente la pena la inversión puesto que son rollos muuuuy grandes y por la calidad del papel, con poquito que se use es suficiente así que no se malgasta como otros de otras marcas. Por mi parte, sí lo recomiendo 100%!

These are perfect for what I require. Softness, strength, are the important thing for me and these meet that well. As well, I like the number in the package because it means less trips to the store or re-ordering.
