I biscotti sono molto buoni anche se manca quel tocco di dolce che fa pensare ad un biscotto vero. Nonostante ciò credo siano un'ottima alternativa per merende o per dolce a fine pasto in ambito di un'alimentazione priva o molto povera di carboidrati.
