Misguided pictures
I just received the product today and it doesn't look the same in the picture. I only received the tape in some cardboard box and there is no name or the blue box received as in picture.I m yet to use this product but one star is for misrepresented packaging.

Worst product. Don't buy it.
This is a low quality product. It is not silicon, but just a plastic tape. DOES NOT HELP the scars in any way. Also the adhesive causes skin irritation.

Bad material
Really bad material and doctor says it’s plastic and quality is too bad. Don’t buy without knowing this item and Amazon is really tricking us with such poor quality suppliers and say that it’s non returnable

Outstanding quality silicone tape
For the past two years, I have been self conscious and irritated by a scar on my hip that resulted from a picking at a pimple or ingrown hair. It is in a location that is constantly aggravated by friction from clothing, especially suit pants and belt. The scar started to get more uncomfortable with time as well.I saw Aroamas Scar Removal Silicone Tape on Amazon and decided to give it a try. This product actually works very well! Before placing my order, I did read all of the customer reviews and noticed that one person claimed that the silicone tape rolled up on them while wearing, so I was a little worried about this being an issue. Thankfully, I have not had this issue at all. In fact, I am amazed at how the adhesive seal is on this silicone tape, yet it is completely pain free when I purposely peel it off to shower. The tape can be used multiple times and the adhesive seal is consistently strong. After a few fees, I can already see and feel a significant improvement with my scar! The color is much lighter and the scar is smoother and more level with the surface of my normal skin (not raised up as high as it was). I am EXTREMELY happy and satisfied with this product and the progress made in a relatively short amount of time.Prior to using this silicone tape, I had tried Vitamin E Oil as well as Mederma Advanced (which is much more expensive), but after months of using Mederma, there was absolutely zero noticeable improvement and my scar was just as uncomfortable as before I started treatment. I firmly believe in, and recommend, Aroamas Scar Removal Silicone Tape.

Not reusable
It would have been great if it was reusable, the adhesive is strong and sticks well, it’s flexible and comfortable I don’t even feel it while its on. One issue is it is not reusable as other reviews say. I have read the reviews before i bought it but I thought it would be ok if i be super careful with it but it curls up into itself and does not come off, making it not reusable. Cant afford to buy more each time i take it off.

Reduces scars, difficult to reuse
I read the reviews about how it is not reusable due to it curling on itself. I am using this on 1 laparotomy scar ~15cm/6” long, and also on some keloid acne scars. As soon as it hits water, the edges curl. Larger strips are worse. The keloid scars are smaller squares, so they don’t curl as much but the big one curls right up. I still wash it and reuse it, I wipe with alcohol to dry it (as it won’t dry properly while curled), then place it back on the scar but by bit as I unfurl it. It seems that bits of the sticky roll off into little balls onto the skin surrounding. As for results, I’ve only used for 3 days and I think the large scar is less red and puffy already, and I’ve been able to wear this one closer to 24 hours. For the keloids, they seem less noticeable too, but I am wearing these maybe 12 hours a day. The keloids still feel hard but it’s only been 3 days.It says it can be reused for about 2 weeks, but I think 1 week is pushing it. Would recommend a bigger roll if using on larger scars as this will maybe last me a month.

It really does seem to work
I had open heart surgery last year and have a 10" scar on my chest that I figured I'd just have to live with. Then I heard about this stuff, and wondered if it could help reduce the scar a little bit at least--maybe flatten it a little and fade the color a bit. I had no allusions it would erase the scar from view, like the photo on the packaging seems to suggest.Well, I've been using it daily for about 6 weeks and I can say that it has definitely flattened out the scar and I believe has helped the color fade a bit as well. It's difficult to say for sure about the color because whenever I remove the tape to shower, the edges of the scar are deep red due to the pressure the tape exerts on the scar when its worn. If I leave the tape off for a day to give my skin a brief rest, that deep red goes away and the coloring of the scar does seem fainter. I think I'll be better able to tell about that once I stop wearing the tape for good. But another benefit of this tape is that it almost completely eliminated the intense itching and stinging I experienced with my scar. I guess it's due to the pressure the tape places on the scar, but however it works, that was the best benefit of them all. Anyone who has had open heart surgery will know what I'm talking about when I say the stinging and tingling and itching can be awful at times, so anything that can help with those things is a godsend. The only problems I've had so far is the tape curling at the edges, like others here have noted. I just cut my strips about an inch longer than I need to begin with, then can simply trim those curled edges every other day or so until the strip needs to be completely replaced. Each strip does tend to last about 2-weeks, as the packaging says. And yes--you do need to remove these strips before bathing. The packaging insert says so, and common sense should also tell you that, as your skin needs to be regularly washed. You'd change a bandaid regularly, wouldn't you? This tape isn't covering up an open sore, but it's still clinging tightly to your skin and closing off your pores.
