All of this to say, I don't know what the ingredient is in this supplement that works so well. Surely it is a combination. Perhaps it is the DIM, or the phyto estrogens. I am a larger woman so I think the double dose is probably what is helping to feel my best. If you are suffering from peri-menopause symptoms and that crashing fatigue and low mood/ brain fog. Give this a try. There will perhaps be headaches for the first few days. But I just took tylenol. I could deal with the headaches anyways, a headache is far better than brain fog and debilitating fatigue. This supplement gave me back my life.
