En general es una buena proteina. El sabor un 8 de 10. Es un poco dulce. Lo probe por un mes para poder escribir una reseña adecuada. Me gusto bastante. Si me sentia satisfecha por mas tiempo cuando la bebia y me ayudo a llegar a mi porcentaje de proteina diario. Lo cual ayudo mucho a mi perdida de peso. *si no te gusta la bebida muy dulce, talvez debas considerar otro sabor. Pero por lo que he investigado Iso100 es una de mas mejores proteinas y se que tienen mas sabores.

This tastes delicious!! 100% like the milk in the bottom of the cereal bowl. I mix mine with 5oz of water and 1oz of 35% cream. It's sooooo good 👍 It's easy to mix as well no clumping

I really disliked the cocoa pebbles version, but I love this fruity pebbles flavor. It tastes just like the milk left after a bowl of fruity pebbles cereal. It’s sweet, but not cloyingly sweet and there’s no weird aftertaste. With other flavors of whey protein powders, I can’t have them day after day. I get sick of them. But this flavor never gets old to me. I’ve literally been buying it for years. I appreciate that the powder mixes up decently into water in a regular shaker bottle. The texture is fine to me. It’s not gritty, but it can be clumpy if I’m not vigorous enough with the shaker. But honestly the clumps don’t even bother me. I also like that there is no lactose. I don’t have any problems with stomach upset after drinking this, even on an empty stomach.
