I bought 3 sets of these. 2 sets started having issues almost immediately. Ive only had them installed for 3 days. I’ve not even used them yet. I’ve just been opening and closing the drawers to show people the build.The little clips in the sides constantly stick in the wrong position. I’m forced to push the middle slide back by hand and flip the clip into proper position so the drawers will function properly. I have too much work into this to take it all apart, so I’m going to leave them and curse this company every time I open a drawer.

THESE THINGS ARE CRAP! I bought two, shame on me. The first didn't work and the ball bearing piece got bent. My drawer was apparently a little too wide. The second time, it was dead on. I measured very accurately so they were dead on. When I put the drawer in the very tight space, it opened and closed well and locked in the appropriate places. I tried it a dozen times. Then I put the ice chest in the drawer and it wouldn't close. The left side came out of the track and the second segment locked. I could only close the drawer 1/2 way. So, I tried to remove the ice chest while the drawer was 1/2 open/closed. And, once again the component with the ball bearings came out and that end of the whole drawer dropped to the floor. Now the vendor won't take them back because they're not in working order. In my opinion, they were never in working order. DON'T BUY THESE. THEY ARE CRAP. AND YOU GET NO SUPPORT FROM THE SUPPLIER OR AMAZON.

Disapointed in the overall quality. The slides are heavy duty, but the cages thqt hold the ball bearings are not. They bent and tweaked with very little effort. The rubber bumpers did not last very long either. They crushed and ripped in no time. They still work, but probably not much longer. These should have cost about half as much as they did. Would have been better off buyimg higher quality non locking ones for the same price.

Horrible quality. Slider is went beyond catch and is now stuck in this position. We used this as part of a van build and currently in Glacier national forest from NY on a trip of a lifetime. Now we cannot get anything it of our fridge causing us to head home after just a day of being here. Do not buy this product.

Building a Cooking Galley in the back of my Jeep and wanted a locking heavy duty drawer glides and these have worked out great so far. They are definitely heavy and I'll report back on the duty are my 11 day Grand Canyon trip where I will be living out of my Jeep.
